Lastly we ordered the chocolate cake milkshake, expected chunks or bits of chocolate cake, did not find any. The milkshake was ok. This was our first visit, and it was a great experience overall. The cashier was very helpful, offering recommendations and suggesting add-ons, which we appreciated. This was my first time at a Scotty P's and I had a great experience. Ordering was super easy, you either order at the counter or they have QR codes to order at the tables. We opted for the Friday special which was 3 sliders, slaw, fries, and a drink for only $10.75. The sliders had an option of beef or chicken. The food came out super fresh and was well seasoned. The staff was super friendly. They also offer a "shake shooter" which is a mini size of their milk shakes. We got the Oreo one and it was so cute and a delicious treat. Another thing I appreciated was the "progress bar" they have on the TV at the top corner of the resturant. Super easy to track your order and see if it's ready or not. First time visit at this location, haven't been since original location. Delivery of food took over 25 minutes, only has two burgers and two kids meals. After complaining about the time, management stated food cooked fesh. Which you expect, but when several customers came in behind you and got their food before you is unexceptable. Burgers were warm, not hot as you would expect. One burger was extremely pink, more on the raw side. Unfortunately I can't add the pics. Kid's chicken tenders was warm to the touch, could actually leave finger on without burning my fingers. Frisco Scotty P's was a hit for my father/daughter date. Steven set the tone from the minute we got there. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged without being over the top. The kind of service you remember. My 16 year old isn't normally a burger person, but she gave this place a try and gave it 5 stars on her own. She said the atmosphere was "niche," which in teenager language is a serious compliment. She followed it up with an Oreo milkshake and called it one of the best she's had. One detail that mattered to us: we ordered a burger well done, and they actually cooked it well done. A lot of places say they will and don't. Scotty P's did. I've been to Scotty P's twice and it's in a good location close to everything. They have counter service and lots of TV's so you can catch a game from pretty much all angles. One Thursday night I came by after visiting the chiropractor and decided to come here. I looked on their menu and they had the Thursday Scotty P's special chicken sandwich. I went ahead and ordered the item and specifically asked "is this the Thursday special" in which I was told yes. I got a substitution for onion rings instead of fries instead (extra $1). The total came out to almost $20. So after a little prodding and questioning they were able to fix the discount. I'm a pretty big fan of pub food so this was a perfect meal since it came with a fountain drink as well. This is self-seating but they bring the food over to you. It wasn't too crowded on a Thursday night but it could get busy during a big game. I would say 3.5 stars but I'm willing to give them a benefit of a doubt due to the lack of knowledge for discounting the daily specials. read more

We have been eating here probably since they opened. They make a really great burger (I get the same one every time) and the fry's are pretty good as well. The service is good, go in and place your order at the counter. When it's ready they bring it right out. Never once have we had a bad meal here. I've never left here hungry either. Stopped by Scotty P's for the first time since I was in the area. I had never heard of them before tbh, but I'm glad I made my way over to check them out after a friend mentioned them to me. The staff was friendly and welcoming and even though I was there after the lunch crowd they were still very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. The place is clean and I wouldn't quite call it a sports bar, but they do have a full service bar, and you can watch sports on the few TVs that they have in there. Definitely a great place for a work lunch, coming with coworkers, family or to just grab a drink with their various Happy Hour specials. I opted to get the lunch special for $9 which was a double cheeseburger with fries (I got sweet potato ones) and they had $2 frozen margs. So I couldn't beat that. The burger was juicy and not dry like some places, the sweet potato waffle fries were slightly over cooked for my preference though. The marg was spot on and had a good taste to it, even though it was frozen it wasn't watered down at all! Talking to some of the staff sounds like they have some pretty good specials and Happy Hour deals throughout the week that I would check out if you're in the area: $2 margs daily, $3 pints and some other specials depending on the day. They also serve a variety of different options depending on what you're in the mood for, so they're not just a burger spot, even though that may be what they're known for. I consider myself a burger expert and I definitely has decided Scotty P's in Frisco is the best IMO. The quality and taste is substantially better than my other favorite restaurants. Additionally this is a family owned restaurant and the Owners are so friendly, welcoming and generous with their hospitality. I feel like a VIP on every visit. The entire staff are amazing. Matter of fact, ask for Levi, he always greets with a smile and is super friendly and gracious. I have been to several Scotty P locations, but this Frisco restaurant is large, plenty of space, has TV throughout and offers a great choice to watch sporting events. They served the chiles on the side at least for take out, which is nice because you can control the heat. It was a generous portion and I just dumped the whole thing on. We ended up here by accident and by process of elmination. The restaurant smelled wonderful the minute we walked in the door. The buns are amazing. I had the gluten free bun and it was soft and they knew how to grill it to get it crunchy on the bottom. My husband had the regular bun and it looked like a fluffy cloud. He loved it. The burger was actually cooked a little more than I like it, but the flavor was so good, that it didn't matter. The service was good, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My husband loves burgers. I like them, but they are not something that I usually crave or would even usually pick, but I think that I'm going to crave the burgers from here and I just got the basic one. I placed an order online to be delivered. I realized after a while that I accidentally ordered pick up. I called them to tell them to give the food to someone else because it was too late for me to cancel per door dash. I am not able to drive because I had just had chemotherapy and was on some strong meds. The only thing I wanted to eat was their fried fish. They were so kind to me. A couple minutes later they called me back and offered to deliver the food to my house. I was so happy I cried. When you are going through chemo, nothing taste right and I wanted that fish. I love Scotty Ps! The food is always amazing, especially the fried fish, chicken Kebabs and the grilled chicken sandwich. Every time we go in person they are so nice and the drinks are so yummy!
