The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible.
