I used this company for many years without issue until recently. Their level of service/customer care and communication has dramatically fallen. I will say this if you are doing a short small same day service you should be OK otherwise I would look elsewhere. I won't dive into too much details but I gave the owner multiple chances to reach out to me to discuss the discrepancies I've had with him and his mechanics but he has not reached out to communicated with me. They had my vehicle for over a month only to "loose" my original key. They had it re-cut and replaced without telling me. I whole heartedly believe they were going to steal my car if I did not randomly show up and re-take possession of it. DO NOT WORK WITH Renato. He is a lie and a cheat. Took zero responsibility and accountability for loosing my keys and not fixing my issues. Spend a few dollars more and sleep well at night. read more

I had my BMW serviced here. I replaced my cracked BMW M bumper for a new one. They installed the new bumper with the accessories from the old bumper. I had my new bumper color matched and painted. When I saw my car, I was pretty impressed with the job! I have seen some bad paint jobs done, either the paint was chipping or the color was not properly matched. They quoted me a very affordable price and said that my car would be ready in a week. (Thank god I had another car to drive while my BMW was in the shop). Turned out my car was ready to go by day 4. I was happy to pick up my car so quick! They did great on paint job, assembled everything I needed (Grills, fog lights, cover caps) I would defiantly use GS Auto again. read more

Completely ripped off. Just going to keep it short. I came in here with my 2001 Volkswagen Beetle on February 9, 2015 and asked for them to look at the vehicle to see what was wrong with it because the car was jerking upon acceleration. A day later they tell me it needs a completely new transmission. Costing me a whopping $1602.51 for a used transmission. Being desperate for a car to stop jerking my fiance offered to help me out and we put down $895 to get the work started. After 3 weeks of a headache with them not keeping me updated on anything and I constantly calling and being told I would be called back but never was, the car was finally ready to be picked up on February 25, 2015. After driving off the lot and taking it for a test run the car shows signs of jerking still! I immediately called them to let them know and was told that the car has a lot of issues and needs 3 other recommended fixtures. I decided to do some research on this. This same night not only did I find out that they were over charging for parts and charging labor costs up the butt I contacted them back and was told to bring the car back to test it together. Of course on our test run the jerking is still there. After going back and fourth with the mechanic getting no resolution I decided to just assume maybe it need his "recommended fixtures" so i paid $185 to change the boost valves. Just today March 2, 2015 I just kept having a hard time swallowing the fact that I paid $1602.51 to replace a transmission and it didn't fix the jerking issue. So I reached out to a Volkswagen Specialist and found Full Throttle on google. Not only did Full Throttle fix the jerking in just 10 minutes but they didn't charge me a dime. They also told me real issues wrong with the car such as bad spark plugs and strut mounts all of which is only going to cost me a little over $200 bucks which is muchhhh less than $1602 and I don't even know if I really needed a new transmission. Wish I would have gone to Full Throttle to begin with but now I'm leaving this for the Better Business Bureau to look into and hope to get some of money back or old transmission and a full refund. This was a crazy ride, please consider another mechanic. Feel free to read another review on google that had the same issue 4 months ago from them. read more

Pretty good service aside from the price jumping. $200 then $600 then $1,050! Yes they kept finding stuff that was wrong. But the didn't do the best job of explaining to me what exactly was wrong. I do think I will go back but only cause the offer many deals and discounts! read more
