As a military retiree, I am familiar with do-it-yourself auto shops, and how they operate. This DIY…read moreshop is no different from those in the military, as it provides its customers with the tools necessary to perform every repair you can think of, and staff at one's disposal to answer any repair related question that may arise. For instance, I was replacing the brake pads on my corvette, and the owner provided me with a few pointers on how to do the job more efficient. Also, as I was making my repairs, the owner was working on additional repairs to my corvette, that was above my skill set (i.e., Flush the brake lines, and flush the radiator to meet manufacture standards). As mentioned above, this particular shop functions as a Do it yourself shop, as well as regular auto shop, whereby one can drop off one auto for regular repairs and maintenance. In a world of shady businesses, this one is truly a gem in the rough, as he's HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. In conclusion, I usually do not trust many people with my Corvette ZHZ, as I have had many bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but I trust Mr. Verdejo to work on my corvette without hesitation, as he has earned my trust and respect.

My daughter sent a group text including my wife, the sales rep, and the sales manager, asking that all further communication be *by email only* in a group that also included me. She included the phrase "Do not call or text me or my family members again." The sales manager ignored this, texting her directly to request a call. Even after she told him AGAIN not to call or text, he responded by text instead of email, acknowledging her demand. No email ever came -- the game changes when everything has to be in writing. As for their interest in "making things right," their actions haven't matched their words. In his BBB responses, the GM claimed they tried to reach us repeatedly (those were the disruptive calls during the workday) and even claimed we had no financing. That's false. We walked in with an $8,000 down payment and pre-approval from our bank for the balance -- though we never even got to discussing down payment because the price was changed. We found a different dealership and purchased a car last night. If Coggin truly wanted to make this right, they wouldn't avoid written communication or misrepresent key facts. Between our BBB and Honda corporate complaints, plus pending complaints with the FTC, Florida Attorney General, and DMV, this isn't going away. Coggin will be held responsible for their actions. Mark, I worked in investigations for eight years. I know how to document evidence and details. Instead of focusing on damage control, I suggest you invest that energy into revising your operating procedures and retraining your team so future customers don't go through this. Buyers beware: Coggin Honda Orlando engaged in bait-and-switch tactics and then misrepresented the facts afterward. Do your research and protect yourself before doing business here.

And no matter how far I park from a tree, some bird always has to take a dump on my windshield. I swear. It is like a game birds play. How many cars can you poop on in one day? Extra points if you get the windshield. And even more points if the vehicle has a bumper sticker of a political candidate on its bumper. Anyway, I found myself in south Orlando yesterday after running errands, so I stopped in here. I have been here before. It is busy on the weekends. So you have a better chance of not having to wait long on weekdays. There are four bays for washing your vehicle. Three are self washing, and one is a drive thru automatic wash with three wash packages. I usually wash the car myself. But two of self wash stations were in use. And a few people were just hanging in the third. I like a clean car. And I use a lot of elbow grease to keep it clean. But if you are going to detail the car after washing, how about pulling the car out of the bay so another customer can use it! I went into the automatic wash and purchased the Express Wash ($5.00). It is the no thrills package. Just a wash and rinse. No dryers. No problem. I prefer to use the towel and hand dry. First stage is the rinse. Followed by soap, wash, and rinse. The water jets for the wash are on high, so it manages to get all of the dirt, pollen, and anything else off. The rinse is a softer cycle. After exiting, I parked the CRV in the back and got the towel out. Behind the car wash stations is the area for vacuuming the interior. ITIG Car Wash is right next to Dixie Belle Cafe. So when they open back up, you can wash your car, then go and get the best breakfast in town. A heads up. The automatic wash takes dollar bills for payment. But if you are looking for quarters, there is a change machine to the right of the entrance for the automatic wash. It feels good to drive home in a clean car. And if I am in the area again, I most likely will use ITIG Car Wash if the CRV needs a wash. And why do I get the feeling that as I write this while my vehicle is parked away from the trees, there is a bird sitting up in those trees with his eyes on the prize? I

Five stars for a cheap and convenient "do it yourself" car wash!…read more It's really hard to find self-service car washes, so when my husband spotted this one next to Dixie Bell Cafe, we decided to check it out. It's not giant, but it features three bays and a drive through was and wasn't that crowded. I really appreciated that they had credit card readers at each station! I don't know anyone who carries around quarters, so it's nice to not have to get cash out just to convert it to a useless currency. I also appreciated the prices! We washed my husband's car for $2.50! The hoses have soap and wax and various other options, so there's plenty of stuff to choose from. There are also several vacuum stations in the back. Everything was clean and I had a good experience. Overall, this is a clean and convenient self-service car wash (that takes credit cards!). We will definitely return.
