Also, as I was making my repairs, the owner was working on additional repairs to my corvette, that was above my skill set (i.e., Flush the brake lines, and flush the radiator to meet manufacture standards). As mentioned above, this particular shop functions as a Do it yourself shop, as well as regular auto shop, whereby one can drop off one auto for regular repairs and maintenance. In a world of shady businesses, this one is truly a gem in the rough, as he's HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. In conclusion, I usually do not trust many people with my Corvette ZHZ, as I have had many bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but I trust Mr. Verdejo to work on my corvette without hesitation, as he has earned my trust and respect.

ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

They had mine and my mother's Google reviews deleted that documented this over a year ago. My mother and I purchased a used vehicle here after being strongly encouraged to come in quickly. We were told the vehicle had "just got in today," which was also used to explain why it wasn't clean and had some damage. We relied heavily on what the salesperson told us because the transaction was rushed. We were verbally told the extended warranty was approximately $5,000 and were given representations about what it would cover. After the purchase, I discovered the actual Continental service contract was $2,699 and that the coverage was not what had been represented to us. My mother was present and is a witness to what we were told. The problem is the $2,301 missing from the warranty was added to the car price. Effectively stealing that money forever. But they not only did that. Trying to cancel the warranty became a nightmare. I spent over a year contacting the dealership before I could even get the cancellation paperwork properly handled. After I repeatedly explained that the warranty had been sold to me based on false representations, the dealership ultimately processed the cancellation with the fraud/misrepresentation issue documented. Jacques, the finance director, later acknowledged in writing that the refund was being processed based on my claim that I had been told the warranty covered things it did not. He ended up screaming over me on the phone and hung up on me when trying to resolve this and get clarification. He told me to "speak to their lawyers." I had my lawyer on the phone, however, not one of their lawyers has ever reached out following that call. Still waiting. Despite that, I received only a partial refund. I escalated the matter to Asbury Automotive Group, the parent company. Their response has been that the contract says $2,699 and that the normal cancellation calculation applies. That still doesn't answer my actual complaint about what was represented to us when the warranty was sold or why the dealership processed the cancellation based on my stated misrepresentation claim but still treated it as an ordinary cancellation. There is also the $799 Predelivery Service Charge. The vehicle was delivered with 10 miles of gas, was not properly cleaned, had condensation in the front-right headlight, chips/scrapes and other issues. I later needed a new battery. When I questioned the $799 charge, Asbury explained that it is a standard dealer charge that includes dealer costs and PROFIT and is not an itemized charge for $799 worth of work performed on my specific vehicle. I also questioned why we were told the vehicle had "just got in today" when documentation later showed an in-service date almost a week earlier. That discrepancy has never been meaningfully addressed. I have preserved the purchase documents, warranty/cancellation paperwork, emails, payment records, communications and other supporting documentation. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this directly with Coggin and Asbury, and I am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels. My biggest advice to anyone shopping here: don't rely on verbal promises. Get everything in writing, read every document yourself, and don't let anyone rush you through signing. They will scam you and call you and your witness liars. This review is based on my firsthand experience and the documentation I have retained.

Extra points if you get the windshield. And even more points if the vehicle has a bumper sticker of a political candidate on its bumper. Anyway, I found myself in south Orlando yesterday after running errands, so I stopped in here. I have been here before. It is busy on the weekends. So you have a better chance of not having to wait long on weekdays. There are four bays for washing your vehicle. Three are self washing, and one is a drive thru automatic wash with three wash packages. I usually wash the car myself. But two of self wash stations were in use. And a few people were just hanging in the third. I like a clean car. And I use a lot of elbow grease to keep it clean. But if you are going to detail the car after washing, how about pulling the car out of the bay so another customer can use it! I went into the automatic wash and purchased the Express Wash ($5.00). It is the no thrills package. Just a wash and rinse. No dryers. No problem. I prefer to use the towel and hand dry. First stage is the rinse. Followed by soap, wash, and rinse. The water jets for the wash are on high, so it manages to get all of the dirt, pollen, and anything else off. The rinse is a softer cycle. After exiting, I parked the CRV in the back and got the towel out. Behind the car wash stations is the area for vacuuming the interior. ITIG Car Wash is right next to Dixie Belle Cafe. So when they open back up, you can wash your car, then go and get the best breakfast in town. A heads up. The automatic wash takes dollar bills for payment. But if you are looking for quarters, there is a change machine to the right of the entrance for the automatic wash. It feels good to drive home in a clean car. And if I am in the area again, I most likely will use ITIG Car Wash if the CRV needs a wash. And why do I get the feeling that as I write this while my vehicle is parked away from the trees, there is a bird sitting up in those trees with his eyes on the prize? I

It's not giant, but it features three bays and a drive through was and wasn't that crowded. I really appreciated that they had credit card readers at each station! I don't know anyone who carries around quarters, so it's nice to not have to get cash out just to convert it to a useless currency. I also appreciated the prices! We washed my husband's car for $2.50! The hoses have soap and wax and various other options, so there's plenty of stuff to choose from. There are also several vacuum stations in the back. Everything was clean and I had a good experience. Overall, this is a clean and convenient self-service car wash (that takes credit cards!). We will definitely return.
