Owner acknowledged fault, but refused to do anything about it. I am currently deployed. Owner argued with my wife saying "oh well I'm the only Audio store on Dyer". Owner is very unprofessional and treats customers as if they are "homies". Truly unacceptable behavior and expense for services rendered at an amateur level of work. I will not recommend this place to my soldiers who work hard overseas and look forward to quality service when they spend their money, nor will I take any vehicle there again.
