The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield. My car is old 1983, so it was not an easy job. Yet the did any amazing job! They took tremendous car and respect for my vehicle from what I see it came out well and professionally. They did communicate with me that the original chrome trim would not be able to go back on do to aftermarket parts and and old wavy trim. But they made it work and left it really nice! I drove almost an hour to the nearest location only to be told when I arrived that they had JUST submitted the OEM request the same day as my appointment. Complete waste of my time and gas. When I asked them to check who called me and confirmed everything beforehand, the employee behind the counter pretended to look into it and then said, "I'm not sure who called you." No accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no communication within their own company. Avoid this location at all costs. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door, even if nothing is actually ready.
