Called the shop in need of windshield calibration from recent windshield replacement. The other company that did the replacement didn't know what they were doing and ended up leaving my car uncalibrated and flashing. Amanda was super helpful and nice. She gave me a rough quote with other options over the phone and set up my appointment. When I came in Jimmy and Pablo were super helpful and knowledgeable of their work. I went here for a chip repair on my brand new ford maveric the owner came out and fixed it he did a good job so when my wife got a chip in her kia sportage I took it down there and had the owner look at it he said he could fix it but it was to late and the sun was down you need the ultraviolet rays to cure the resin so I said I will be back in the morning we'll on my way I got a flat and had to order a new tire so that took a week to get so anyway I took it in this morning to have it repaired and now they said it can't be fixed the receptionist had a worker there look at it and not the owner I was upset because I drove all the way from lucerne valley to have it fixed I do not recommend using this place go somewhere else where there onest because this place is not!!!! read more

They try their best to seal the chip, with a chip repair. If they are not able to seal it the amount paid for chip repair goes towards a new windshield if it's needed. Made an appointment with Jimmy (owner?) for this morning at 9:00. By 9:45 nobody had come. So I called and he tells me he forgot about my apt (what!) but said he's send someone over in an hour. The guy showed up around 12:00! I expressed my dislike of the company's lack of professionalism and their tardiness. So Jimmy decides he was going to "pass" on doing the job.
