Prior to getting it serviced, there was a clunking noise and the ride was very bumpy, especially over pot holes. Now when I drive it, the sound is gone, and it's the smoothest ride ever! Sals also identified a leaking rubber piece as well as an issue with my engine mount which they replaced; I otherwise would have never known. They got the entire job done in less than 2 business days so turnaround was terrific. The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I will certainly be back for future maintenance.

Fine--that's their choice. I already have a better shop and is replacing my engine they maybe thought I was broke or who knows but anyway way the real issue is that after leaving my car, several of my personal belongings disappeared. Guest what they did, they left my car in the street for a few days without any consent or like if my money isn't worth anything. I lost two toolboxes worth over $500, Ray-Ban sunglasses ($200), my EZ Pass, charging cables/adapters, perfume, clothes from my backpack, also a head unit that was in green box and more. On top of that, I paid their diagnostic fee (which I don't mind since that's part of their job), but when it comes to my missing belongings, I'm the one who takes the loss. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a single answer or resolution from the shop. Items don't just vanish into thin air. The worst part is the complete lack of responsibility or concern from their side. The reviews may make this place look like a trustworthy shop and that's the reason I came here for, but my experience was the opposite. Be very careful leaving your car or belongings here, because once something goes missing, you're on your own.

Since the vehicle was released from Chevy, it was in far worse condition than when it was taken there. It was supposed to only be a motor replacement. Oscar from Westchester Transmission advocated for us, was in constant contact with the dealership, and became heavily involved in our fight to get some type of reimbursement for our nightmare. We eventually gave up on the dealership, and took our car (in very bad shape) directly to Oscar. He found that the fuel injector wires were exposed, they lost the fuse box cover, (leaving it susceptible to future damage), and left the brake lights permanently on! Due to his thorough inspection, we found that the root cause of the additional issues was due to the dealership's poorly installed motor and sloppy work overall. Although we did have to come out of pocket for the remediation work, we regret not going to Oscar to have the motor replaced in the first place. We would have avoided the months-long nightmare! We are finally able to operate the car and cannot thank Oscar enough for the time he spent not only working on our vehicle but fighting the dealership for free and on his own time. Highly recommend and we learned our lesson that the bigger corporations are not always better!
