False advertising at its finest…read more Their website is full of prices that simply do not exist in real life. Nowhere do they clearly explain that these "deals" only apply to some vague "select inventory." What that really means is the price you see online includes an extra ~$100/month discount that magically disappears the second you walk in. Conveniently, every car you actually want is "no longer part of that program" or "just sold." Classic bait and switch. On top of that, the place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Communication is poor, expectations aren't set, and everything feels intentionally unclear. The sales manager, Sam, has zero interest in honoring what's advertised online. Instead, they look for every possible angle to increase the price once you're already there. If you enjoy the old school pressure tactics like "what's it going to take to earn your business today," this is your spot. Just know the number you saw online is nowhere close to what you'll actually pay. Expect it to jump 30-50% by the time they're done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values transparency.

Apond looking at the next vehicle with a 3rd row, before I entered the driver seat, Rose put the hood was up for my visual and hearing the motor run inspection. Even though my lease is closed with major world and I returned it. I am still getting phone calls…read morefrom this place asking if I returned the car. I guess it's hard with so many different lots taking car of seperate business communication can be lost somewhere but it is frustrating as the one responsible for payments as you can imagine. Midway through my lease I went to talk to the dealer who dealt with me, they said he is no longer with us, I explained the situation I was in and they laughed and said this is why that particular dealer is no longer working with them. I realized no one is willing to help so I kept my lease till its end. I return it in December 2019. Again, still getting calls from major world asking if its returned. The loan company says the dealership told them I returned it but they didnt provide any other information they need to give me a closing bill and it's difficult for the loan company to get ahold of anyone to find out for example who accepted keys, how many miles and date of return. So keep receipts! On the plus side every employee is nice to meet and talk to. They were quick to help me because of my credit. But trully it's a business with a purpose to sell and deal cars. Met with Jim Mendez who made the car buying process very easy. We went through the numbers, ran my credit, signed some documents and we were done! Jim was upfront, clear, and consise. No added weird fees either. And just like that the car was ready in a few hours and I went home with a brand new car. Buy here!
