He is a delight to work with from start to finish. My paving project had to go thru an architectural committee and Andrew was very patience as that process took some time. He provided everything that was needed for approval. He and his team did outstanding work and even finished ahead of schedule. They had to deal with tree roots under my prior driveway and handled that with ease by cutting them out and then using a root blocker so it wouldn't impact my new driveway down the road. Since it was my driveway - I chose to do a staycation at a vegas resort and let them work uninterrupted. Andrew updated me everyday and send pics of there progress and completion. Andrew and their team came out to install tile into my back yard for my back deck and around my…read morepool at or around the end of 2020. The back deck area was built with a small drain line running down the middle of the back yard for excess water. When it was first completed the installation looked great. Within two years the tiles began sloping and lifting. Tile along the center drain line began to fall and water never really seemed to drain into the drain line. I had spent over 15K for a job that was falling apart in a couple of years. We were so disappointed with how the work turned out we decided to go with a different contractor to come out and fix all of the issues. Last month (05/2026) we had the new contractor come out to the site to look at the work. He immediately saw the problems and just began to shake his head at how poorly the work was done. When his crew came out and began removing the tile at the site we really got a glimpse of just how bad Park Stone's work really was. Material for the foundation was incorrect and improperly packed, incorrect spacers were used causing the tiles to shift over time, and incorrect slope of the tiles didn't allow for water to drain. The worst of it all was the drain line Park Stone installed. It had not only been concreted over where the water was supposed to drain, the workers had not even removed the shipping tape over the drain opening. The drain line was also supposed to run along the side of my house, underneath tiles that were installed there and out towards my front yard. That apparently was never installed at all! Thanks to Park Stone's crap work, my wife and I dropped another 9K to have it done correctly. Stay away from this company.

It was nice dealing with a veteran owned business that feels really personal with a hands on owner. For some stupid reason 1 side of my wall was basically missing a row of blocks. I've always HATED that my neighbor and I could stare into each other's patio doors without trying. I never wanted to offend him by asking to build the wall up but I took advantage to bring it up as they were moving out. He said yeah he hated it too so go for it. He's on the HOA board so my architectural request got approved within days and the search for a mason began. I got a bunch of responses to my Yelp project request with some saying they don't do small jobs like mine, some crazy quotes of 2k (assume that was F off pricing). Luckily Mr. Brown responded with an incredibly fair quote after I sent details and photos and I think he stopped by the next morning to drop off samples to make sure the colors matched. We got it scheduled pretty quickly and his in person quote was a little lower than the text quote, which has never happened before. It really says what a good and honest person you're dealing with. His guy came out on time, was nice and did a great job. The only issue was that I didn't think I had to mention the mortar should match the existing not match the block color. I didn't pay attention and only caught it after it was done. Mr Brown came out to take a look and his suggestion was to cover the brown mortar with grey. It's not an exact match (I knew it wouldn't be) but it's good enough and I really appreciate his quick response. Masonry work isn't something that comes up often but I will use Brown Masonry again any chance I get. Thank you so much Mr. Brown

Pros - The install crew was great and prompt to answer questions, they did a great job! I wish I could've just hired those guys directly. Cons - Well let's see, where do I start? 1 - Scheduling sucks - I specifically asked to have them installed within a certain week so I could be there during the installation. This request was made way ahead of time, almost a month in advance. Then that week came around and nothing, no calls, no emails, until I reached out to them. The they tell me a date which is a week later, and then on the date they don't show up. Had to call them, and of course they had the late to work car trouble excuse. 2 - Had pallets of pavers sitting in front of my place for for about 4 days. I live in an HOA covered unit so this became am issue. Not sure why you would deliver pavers and not be ready to do the job. 3 - Had garbage in front of my place (pallets, dirt, concrete, sand) sitting infront of my place once again after the job was complete, and when I called I was told they would eventually pick it up. 4 - The installation was a pain because the installers where not given the layout plant that I was quoted for. I called the Brian guy that gave me the quote numerous times after stopping the job and of course no answer. So much for being a professional and following up with their clients. 5 - Eventually the job was complete, but apparently there is no QC involved with this company as they could not follow up with me to see what my thoughts are, well they did follow up with me and sent me the bill.

Demo took one day and install took one day! Fast and convenient!! I have included photos taken shortly after the wash down of the newly installed pavers. I did a lot of research in advance, and found the Paver Guy's price to be very competitive, and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and end result. I still get a kick when my neighbors do the slow drive-by admiring my driveway!!
