The contractor then requested the final 50% payment to complete the project. They sent an email specifying that the remaining work would require six days to complete. Based on this timeline, I issued a cashier's check for the remaining balance. Following receipt of payment, the contractor performed two days of work. He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again. Evan was also the one who recommended the white decorative rock, which makes the patio feel brighter and more spacious, as well as the gray multicolored pavers for the area where we planned to install our pergola. We happened to have very similar tastes, but more than anything, we were truly impressed by his excellent sense of design. His recommendations helped bring our vision to life. The project was originally scheduled to take three days, but the entire job was completed in just a day and a half! The entire crew was incredibly professional. The other companies told us that a design image would cost $500, but this company provided ours free of charge. We were also told by other companies that we would need additional drainage pipes. They were subcontracted by Purchase Green (see review) to install turf and edging in our back yard…read more Marco boasted that they've been doing this in Las Vegas for 15 years, yet the kept breaking metal spikes because our yard is hard. The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

They came out to my home to do a site…read moreaudit and told me to look out for windows that could reflect the sun and burn the artificial grass. There were no windows, so I was given the all-clear. My yard has a metal fence, they never mentioned that sun reflecting off it could burn the grass, otherwise I would never have installed turf there. After a few months the grass started burning from the fence reflection. When I called and sent a photo, the representative instantly identified the fence as the cause, which tells me this was something they already knew about, yet failed to flag during the site audit. They are now asking me to cover the full cost of replacement and repair for something they missed. Very disappointed in a company that does a site audit but takes no responsibility when that audit falls short.

On their first visit, they removed almost all of the weeds and cleaned up the property far beyond my expectations. Since then, their monthly service has been consistent and thorough. They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed and always send invoices and payment receipts promptly, which unfortunately isn't always common in this industry. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. Highly recommend them if you're looking for dependable, professional landscaping service.
