I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. I was especially grateful they didn't spam my inbox or blow up my phone after I requested a quote online - they absolutely respected my communication preference of no phonecalls please. I was also relieved they didn't make me fill out a complete, room-by-room inventory of what I needed moved. They charged a very reasonable flat hourly fee based on how many movers I requested (I went with three, which worked well). I was a little nervous that they didn't take a deposit - were they really going to show up?? but not only did they show up (and on time), they worked so quickly you wouldn't have guessed they were getting paid hourly. 10/10, would recommend and will rebook next time I have to move (hopefully not soon).
