Update: I give about 2 stars for issue being handled but a very unpleasant return back due to the same issue after spending 1k thinking I paid to fix the issue than being upsold on doing regular maintenance that would be needed later than the road. The full issue wasn't resolved but I'm assuming they won't take full responsibility for it due to the fact that I decided to change all my spark plugs & coils & they weren't able to catch the leakage of leakage of coolant but I explained the first initial call I made out to Juan, there has to some leakage because my coolant levels is rapidly decreasing but I didn't see any signs under the reservoir . Explained I paid for a diagnosis before anything, was assured what they found the issue & fixed it. Highly recommend to not deal with Jose, very confrontation & uptight. Overall, Juan was very understanding & listened when I became angry due to how Jose tried to say it was my fault this happened & tried to quote me 850 on top of what I paid even though I thought I had paid to fix the issue. If it was apparent that down the road I needed to replace spark plugs & coils fine I would have did that but if my actual issue was leakage of the oil housing, the money I spent on the maintenance could have gone to a new oil housing so it's ridiculous for it to b 850 when it takes about 15-30 mins to take off the gasket & fix the actual issue. read more

It was 30 mins before closing and I brought my car in for an oil change with the worry that I'd have to come the next day to get my car , Juan was the person who helped me out he was very friendly professional and even offered to top off the tire pressure in the person who gave me a ride's car when Juan heard him mention it was low. 1 star is too generous, zero for me. I thought this was a great place and I thought I was receiving great service. However, I've had two issues that had to be done again by another mechanic and has cost me a lot of money. Issue #1: My muffler was replaced by GTO for it to only come off completely and to find out that it was put on wrong in the first place. Issue #2: My front brakes were put on backwards by GTO and to have it that fixed is $791 dollars. This issue has caused so much damage to my car that my only choice now is to purchase another car. That is a rookie mistake and I would suggest that GTO hire mechanics that know what they are doing. I will never go to GTO again. read more
