I came in for a Mani and Pedi we were greeted and sat down right away I just got a basic manicure with gel and a top notch supposedly pedicure with gel I was disappointed in the pedicure. Normally you get a really nice foot rub and leg rub. Mine was very short and my toenails were miss shaped. The price was very expensive for what I received, and I was very disappointed in what I received hopefully somebody else will have a better experience than I had read more

I went here a few years ago and moved away for about two years. I came back recently and went back and loved this place just as much as when I previously came here. I had a great nail experience. I needed as sns french, and I went to two other places first. I'm glad I came here. Other place it would be 10-15 minutes and it was much longer, and they always do that so I left. The next place I went asking for sns french starting to try to sell me other stuff and upcharge other things so I left. They are THIEVES, 2 days before I ask how much for Reshape and GEL color, they told me that it would be 30 dlls to change the color (GEL) and reshape. when I come back 2 days later I told the "lady" that only regular color no GEL, she was upset as it is cheaper, the whole time I was there, she was angry, because she didn't want to pay extra for GEL. In the end she charged me for GEL, she told me that I had to pay before she finished, and when she charged me the 30 dlls she laughed and told everyone the work there how much she had charged me, they forgot the I ask before. I'm leaving this review while still sitting in the pedicure chair. My husband, daughter & I drove from Buckeye because my husband needed to run his truck awhile for some work that needed to be done and decided to have my daughter & I get a pedicure while we were there. We randomly chose Guadalupe Nails mainly due to the price for a basic pedicure as well as the fact that other places were booked. So glad Guadalupe had availability!! We had two gentlemen do our pedicures & they were both EXCELLENT!! The massage was amazing & the full amount of time (unlike other places that say 10 minutes but it's only about 4). Not to mention for the basic we also got the hot stones. The gentleman that did mine was a perfectionist on my polish!! My toes look amazing! Wish we lived closer, but if we're ever in the area again we will for sure come back!! read more

This was my second time at Guadalupe Nails and to say this experience was far different from my first is an understatement. The first time, all of the employees were friendly and did all they could to ensure I was happy as the customer. I can not say the same this time around. My sister and I came in for pedicures this time and while sure, she is a little picky about her nails, she asked for a simple request... her toe nails not to be too short. The tech may have misunderstood and cut them way too short for her liking. Not a huge deal. However, the way the ladies in the salon acted when she asked if they could fix it, was very unprofessional. They began to mock her and make fun of her for being "too picky". They were loud about it to where everyone in the salon was aware of the situation. They did fix one nail but made her feel bad about fixing the other and pretty much said no and didn't do it. Completely uncalled for and embarrassing. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was out of hand. As much as I enjoyed this salon the first time, I will not be returning again due to this terrible experience. read more

Oh my god this place was so worth it! I walked in about 5 minutes before my appointment and was seated right away. My tech was Jessica and she did an incredible job. I am very OCD with my nails and will notice the slightest imperfections, I'm also the type to come home after my appt and file down what they didn't, but Jessica did such a great job. She laid out the acrylic beautifully and when I asked if she'd need me to move my hand in any way she just told me I don't need to do anything and I actually trusted her process. Anyway, needless to say, she paid attention to every detail. Again, so worth it! read more

I'm really disappointed by my experience at Guadalupe nails. My husband booked me a surprise appointment for my birthday, and I had never been here before. When I walked in the salon, the smell of acrylic burned my nose so bad, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to stay. I haven't smelled a salon that strong in 15 years, since so many of them are using better materials and ventilation systems. My pedicure felt rushed and at times, she wasn't actually filing or shaping, just literally doing the motion and not touching my nail or cuticles. Massage was very brief and she put lotion on my wet legs and feet. She did a nice job with the callous removal. They were very rushed, even though I had an appointment. They did my manicure while I was in the pedicure chair, which is always a sign it's going to be rushed. She filed all of my nails to different lengths and left cuticle skin hanging on multiple nails, I had to ask her to fix it. She painted them nicely enough, but because she was rushing, she ended up mixing the black polish a little bit with the clear coat and leaving black brush strokes on my orange nails (I got Halloween nails). The most disappointed thing though is my black paint is so badly chipped only days after this manicure. I paid almost $70 for these services, not only is my pedicure chipped, but my manicure polish is literally almost gone on the black nails. I will not be going back to Guadalupe nails. read more

The pedicure I received today was not their usual quality. She assumed I wanted the Basic and didn't let me choose. So then I asked for callus removal and asked to see the menu and chose the Deluxe. She was nice about it but just didn't seem very interested in doing a thorough job. For the hot stone massage part, she literally rubbed them on each leg for 2 seconds. It was strange. Me and my daughter-in-law came to get our nails done last weekend and we liked them so we decided to try it again for pedicures this weekend. I don't think the guy that did mine knew what he was doing. Another guy had to come and do the polish for him and then they told me that they couldn't do a design! Only one girl in the whole studio can do a design and she was busy so they said they were sorry about that so now I have to go somewhere else to get my design done. I absolutely love how Jessica does my nails! The first time that I came here my nails were really short and fragile and I tried SNS and now my nails are long and healthy!! If you come here I highly recommend getting the SNS dip powder done by either Jessica or Trish (they're both amazing) and watch your nails grow and look beautiful. The nails are not thick and chunky, they make them look so natural. And also there are so many SNS colors to choose from, that's something other nail places don't provide. I have been coming here for a whole year and they know me by name! I love Trish and I always go to her! I have always been weird because i like my coffin nails very skinny and short. She knows exactly what i like and i don't even need to ask for it anymore! I have also heard very very great things about Jessica as well! They are always so sweet even when I change my mind on the color 5 times They do get busy after 3 when most get off work or people get out of school. So I would recommend making an appointment with them. I am a server and I use my hands a lot so usually I am very prone to breaking nails but with them I could have my nails last 3 weeks before going back in for a fill. Just got a pedicure and my eyebrows done for the second time here and I'm so happy with the outcome! The place is clean and they have a variety of colors. I called ahead of time to see if someone was available I told them I was on my way and she said she'd be ready. As soon as I got there I let her know my name and within five min my color was picked and my feet were in water. They have great service very friendly and I love the fact that you don't stay there longer than you need to, very fast service.
