I went to this place with my 5 year old niece. She just wanted simple nails. Clear, glittery nails. I thought it would be easy for the nail tech to paint nails on small fingernails, because it would be quick. My niece requested to add 2 layers of top coat because that was what she was used to and she wanted it to look shiner. Plus, her nails were really thin, so another layer would make her nails thicker. The lady rudely said, "No! You already have a layer. You don't pay for it after all." As a little girl, she cried. We didn't feel rushed at all, the appointment was set for 6:30 pm and they took their time with us, joked with us, and we had a fun time! Me and my cousin both got dipped nails for the first time and were glad we made that choice. We didn't know about this till now. We have fragile nails and usually go for acrylic or short gel nails. Best nail salon we've experienced thus far in Gilbert. My daughter has been going here for a few months now. She was referred by a friend who took her there to get her nails done for her birthday. They've been doing an excellent job and she can go for a new gel overlay about every three weeks. I went with her last Thursday about 2 PM. Best to make an appointment ( we had). They do take "walk ins" however appointments will always have the priority. We had no wait, but they were fairly busy. The nail tech we had was Moon. We also later found out she's the manger. She was very calm and professional under the circumstances and we noted and appreciated that. Moon did a beautiful job on my daughters nails. My daughter has now referred a few other friends. We sat down for are pedicures and my mom sat down first the lady doing her toe was upset bc my mom picked a different color and Changed her mind and decided to do gel polish the gentlemen doing my pedicure was rude and commented on my calluses I told him I am pay extra to have them removed then when he painted my toes he left gel polish on my skin when I told him to remove it he used his finger nail then I said please just use a nail file or drill he picked up the cuticle trimmer and was just picking off my skin along with the polish the lady said wow when she did my moms call calluses she paid $62 to get made fun of while getting a service terrible terrible place I would never recommend this place ever read more

1) Professionalism: First off, if you make an appointment you will still wait 30-45 minutes. Especially if it's busy and they're trying to get clients in. Thankfully my friend and I didn't have anywhere to be. But our appointments were scheduled for 4pm. We finally got seen at 4:45 and by 5:10 they finished up. My pedicure was supposed to have a 12 minute massage, but it was closer to 5 due to rushing . 2) Cleanliness: is questionable. 2) Quality: My nail tech was nice and didn't hurt me, but she was rushed to the next client. I am not happy with my manicure and I felt my nail technician was very rude. Barely spoke to me. Barely said hello. Just ordered me around to wash my hands etc. this may sound odd but I wish people would just be nice and these folks were not very nice. I won't be returning. DO NOT COME HERE. I left here with bloody fingers. I told this lady multiple times that she was hurting me and that the filing was too much but proceeded anyways telling me that it was my fault that it was hurting. She completely filed past my nail bed. She was so rude. Not only that but the gel polish looks absolutely terrible and all the equipment used was disgusting and dirty and had been previously used on other people. I am a regular here and have been coming here for a little over three years. I don't have a specific tech to go to because they all do an amazing job for my taste in nails. I get gel nails with a few designs. They are honest when I ask for their opinions and they are so creative when I tell them "do whatever you want". My gel nails don't peel up, they don't get caught in my hair, they don't chip, my nails don't break, my nails are stronger than before I got my nails done regularly. The service is amazing. The only tip I have is -- call ahead and make an appointment. They are ALWAYS busy. Yes, they take walk-ins but you may have to wait. This place has gotten more and more popular over time. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. One of the worst ombré sets I've ever received. I was a bit worried when the male nail tech kept asking the female nail techs for help and advice when I sat down and requested an ombré full set. I had asked him if this was his first ombré set to which he replied no- he loves doing them. I later come to find out that he is actually the owner. Okay- so maybe I'm in good hands? Wrong. He cut both of my thumb cuticles with the drill to the point which they started to bleed but he then continued to use the drill on them again. Ouch! The powder is very thick and sloppy as you can see in the picture and I left with acrylic powder all over my skin around my nails. The nails themselves are very uneven and are not all the same length. I also asked for a coffin shape which some are and some are just square. They don't match and it's very noticeable. I then go to pay for the service and was told they only accept cash for tip. This would have been nice to know before I started!! So I was asked to withdraw cash from their atm which was a $2 fee. The cherry on top to the already mediocre service. The owner was nice and friendly but maybe he should probably just stick to answering phone calls. read more

It's rare for me to try a new nail shop and not have any complaints but I guess there's a first time for everything. We decided to do brunch and pedicures for our monthly girls day and my girlfriend goes to Gelish regularly. They were able to get us in for pedicures easily and I was able to even get my nails done at the last minute because my regular nail tech couldn't get me in. The shop was super clean, cozy but not crammed. They have plenty of pedicures chairs which is a huge plus for me. I prefer OPI nail/gel polish but most places only have a few choices but Gelish had sooo many choices! What impressed me the most was the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone was so sweet and polite. They also took the time to explain why the used certain products or techniques. My pedicurist was so patience and really took his time making sure I enjoyed every minute!
