I've been coming here for about 6 months and i've never had a bad experience. tony is AMAZING. he's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nail health. i had issues with my thumb nail and toenail after giving birth and every nail salon told me the issue could not be fixed or cured, the other salons told me I would just have to keep coming back and covering my natural nails with fake nails. Tony advised me to do a very simple home treatment and within one month my nails were healthy and back to normal. They are very attentive and truly care about what the customer wants. never pushy and they give us the prices ahead of time. Every time I go in there, I leave absolutely loving my nails and feeling so much more beautiful. this is the most honest nail salon I've ever come across and their work is very high-quality. read more

Went in yesterday for a walk-in. Had never been there before. I was the only one there the entire time...that should have been a sign. I got the enchanted pedicure. It was $55 bucks and for that price a joke. The polish looks great and how she trimmed my nails was great too. The package include some collagen treatment and the callus removal. That's where it all went wrong....woke up this morning and noticed calluses are still there and skin is already cracking....the massage was just okay. She just kinda rubbed my legs instead of really trying to working in the lotions and she was nice but it just felt like she didnt know what she was doing. For that price I won't be back! read more

Wasn't going to post about this but after today, I changed my mind. Customer service was kind but very quiet and not very welcoming. I got paired with who I assume is the owner, the older gentleman. Now, I used to work for a small business. I understand the need to step away for a call, to help a customer, etc. However, when you don't wash your hands or even apply hand sanitizer after touching the check in iPad and your salon phone, then come back and clip my nails and cuticles, that's an issue. I watched him pull a buffing block covered with white powders out to use on me. The cuticle clipper he used was also not pulled out of a fresh sanitized package. It was also pulled from the same powdery drawer as his file and buffer. He even had the audacity to rotate the buffer a few times to find the cleanest side. He told me I need to add a cuticle trim so that the black looks cleaner. You're worried about the black looking clean? My cuticles were clearly not the issue for the black not "looking clean". AND THEY STILL LOOK MESSY! These are the messiest black nails I've ever had in my life. I got a full set of acrylics, to which I'm no stranger and get at least once every two months. My nails are so sore. My pedicure is also quite sloppy. Ive painted my own toes cleaner than this for petes sake Now what changed my mind. It's been just over 24hrs and after hoping out of the shower, there is a MASSIVE chip in the polish. The nail in the coffin? I paid $147. PLUS a $40 cash tip. Nearly $200 for something I could've attempted and done better at at home with a $60 kit. I hate saying things like that but the whole point of going to a salon like this is to pay for professional work, which is the least I expected to receive; but didn't. Sometimes I feel like when you go to the nail salon, you're there for hours! Sometimes that is what you want, but other times you just wanna get in and out and get your services done. I got a basic manicure and a collagen pedicure and was done in 45 minutes. Of course I had two techs helping me at the same time, but it made this Mama feel good about getting in and out at 9 AM on a Saturday. Sandy, the owner, was very helpful and kind and the Mike did my pedicure gave me a great massage. I will definitely be back! The place is beautiful and the prices are reasonable ($25 basic manicure and $55 collagen pedicure). The massage chair was just what I needed as well. Good things: the owners are extremely kind. They were friendly and personable. I recently left the person doing my nails because of how far away they are and they made me feel super welcomed and excited I was there. Sandy did really well at the design on the nails themselves as well. Bad: During my service there wasn't any cuticle prep and so I thought this might just mean that my cuticles looked good/ didn't need to be trimmed at all. Now that my nails are growing a little they are lifting significantly at the cuticles and growing in really poorly. My nail stylist also wanted to add Halloween stickers to my nails and I was on board. They weren't applied flush with the nails and were kind of bulging. It's now been about a week and a half and my nails are growing in really poorly and the stickers have fallen off. The nails were pretty expensive and I was/am really disappointed with the quality. Great service here - I was fit in for an appointment immediately (in 30 minutes) through the service request function on Yelp. That made the booking process very simple. When I came in, I did have to wait 10-15 minutes for my turn, but that seems to be the case at almost every nail salon I go regardless of having an appointment. No problem, I wasn't in a rush. I did not have an exact design or color in mind, just that I wanted to get some kind of hard/soft gel that could protect my natural nail as I grew it out, as I got gel-x extensions at a different salon and noticed a lot of damage. The tech (Tony, I believe) suggested a specific type of gel (thinner than hard gel) so it wouldn't be too bulky on my short nails and I gave the green light. I got gel color over it and they did some cuticle work but about 1 week later I'm already noticing some lifting and chipping. It didn't really hurt too much during the appointment, but I did notice some bleeding one of my fingers and now scabs on the cuticle area from the cuticle work done with the electric file. I don't think I will be returning, as this salon is quite far from where I am located, and the service ended up being almost $100 for soft gel + color. On the other hand, the salon was very clean, it looks new, and the staff were very nice to me -- I had great conversation. The color choices were also extensive and I like the color we ended up picking. read more

I work in the complex and came in on my lunch hour and they were able to do my gel nails and gel pedicure at the same time to get me back to work on time. This place is amazing! I came to visit my family from California. I had regular gel manicure on and needed to get my nails done again. This place was nearby where I was staying so I give it a try. The place is so nice, clean, and very elegant looking. They offer drinks and snacks!! Mind as well to go all out and enjoy it while getting my nails done. I don't know much of all the new trendy nails nowadays. I only know acrylic, gel manicure, and gelx. However, the lady named Eden is so knowledgeable about nails and she tells me to give the hard gel a try. She said it's easy to take off and doesn't really ruin my nails. I told her I will give it a try and it turned out sooo pretty! I like my nails short (easy to put lotion and change diapers for my 3m old son) and some colors or designs wouldn't look good on short nails but this color looks great! There's so many colors option there. Not only that but it stayed on really well especially when I have my hands in the water a lot (all the washing bottles). They also have TAP manicure option which can help with nails breakage. I learned lots of different manicures that they have which most salons in CA don't have them. I only got the basic pedicure option and the massages are great. They also have other pedicure options you can choose from too! I tried this new nail salon a week ago. I can't say enough how amazing the experience was. The salon was clean and super cute. The owners are unbelievably friendly and personable. My nails came out absolutely perfect and I have had tried multiple nail salons in the valley and have not found one that paid so much attention to detail and didn't mess my nails up. Did not file my natural nails down thin, did not file too close to the skin around my nails so I left with my nails sore. The prices were amazing as well. I was honestly shocked how perfect the whole experience was after dealing with so many expensive and below par salons in the valley.
