First, last weekend my sister who is in a wheelchair and I arrived at the salon over an hour before closing. The man at the front desk ran to the door and stood in the doorway and told us that they were full and could not see us. Something felt strange about this but I called and made an appointment for the following weekend. When we arrived for our appointment I told them I wanted a fill and my sister needed a pedicure. He looked at us and walked away. After waiting 15 minutes I asked how long it would be and he said "awhile." I asked him what is awhile and he said about 30 minutes. So after 30 minutes even though we had an appointment the person doing my nails rudely said to me to follow him. Then a little later he yelled out to my sister "come over around here.". I helped my sister get into her chair for her pedicure. The man from the front desk waited until another lady could help my sister then he began working on someone else. They did not scrub or massage my sister's legs, they didn't buff her feet, and they refused to paint her toenails. The front desk man even said and I quote, " Why paint your nails when you will mess them up anyway. Really?! As we left and still tipped I asked the front desk man why my sister's feet were not done properly. He went on to say that he should have sent her away because no one is going to do her nails and she should go to a hospital. Just so you know my sister has been in many salons in many places all over town and even in other states where we lived and no one has ever treated us this way. Then when I tried to tell him this he continued talking over me and I even said why are you talking over the customer? He continued being rude until I told him he was obviously discriminating against a disabled person and I would be seeking legal action against his business. Stay away from them if you want to go to a salon that appreciates all of their customers and does not engage in illegal practices. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Visited this location on a whim and then about 3 to 4 times after. The lack of commitment to scheduled appointment times and push for their preferences on products/style of nails pushed me away. The last incident was receiving walk-ins before my appointment time. Didn't even ask me if I had been helped. What you need to know: $35 for a dip powder manicure. $23 for pedicure and $30 for pedi with hot stones. Kim was my technician and she did a fantastic job on the dip powder. She's no longer there (had a baby) but the other techs are good as well. The interior is stylish, classy, clean, and relaxing. The massage chairs are BOMB. Some perspective: So far, this is the best dip powder mani I've had, and I've been to some of the bigger places that are highly recommended in the lower valley. The last 3 places I've been to just didn't quite get it right. Sometimes it would chip early on, and other times it was entirely too thick....I was never entirely satisfied until I came here. Have been coming here since 2014. Never again. The owner Cindy is only worried about cramming as many people as she can. I get a pedicure every 3 months I don't have time for this BS. I arrived, she specifically told me " give us a few minutes" and I sat in a chair for 40 minutes waiting for someone to do a pedicure on my feet. My feet were soaking in cold and gross water and everyone who continued to come to the salon after me got their services first. They have so many people and incompetent workers there that they don't even know what is going on. When I inquired about how much longer will I need to wait some young woman replied " I don't know me busy with my appt". I got up and left. This place used to be good. Now NOT only is their customer service disgusting so are their polishes that are all dried up. It's a shame that they are more concerned about a few extra dollars than taking care of people who have been loyal for years. Do yourself a favor and go to Luxe nails behind the Chandler Mall. 1000 times better salon, clean, with trendy and new polishes and actual accurate waiting times. read more

I have been going here for pedicures. I'm a Veteran and have bad feet for many years since being in the Jungles of Southeast Asia many years ago. The V.A. Couldn't get me the relief I needed. I was pushed to have a pedicure and I am so glad I did. My feet and legs feel so much younger and I am able to walk better and not ashamed of my feet in public or at pools. Etc. I have been tended to by Holly and she has done a professional job on my feet and legs. I very much highly recommend coming here for pedicure and request Holly as your pedicurist. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews but, I just moved to Chandler and this was the salon I decided to try. I will not be back. I got a gel manicure that anywhere else would last me at least 2 weeks, but it has only been barely 4 days and they are already starting to peel up at the cuticle. Very frustrating because it was not cheap. The salon was also very dirty and unorganized. The lady that did my nails was not friendly, I don't even know her name because the only thing she said to me the entire time I was there, was to go pick out my colors. Two of my friends and I decided to come here for our girls day out. It's a very cute shop and they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I did the mini pedicure which comes with regular nail polish, a trim, and lotion. All was good until she applied the lotion. She literally did like a line down the front of both legs and said "ok, you're done go to the station". She didn't even rub it in or anything, just left it on my leg and made me walk across the salon. I did dip powder for my finger nails. I chose a gray color with a glitter accent nail. I was doing dip on my natural nails and they are kinda small, but they grew out to a length that I liked. She filed them down so that they were even smaller and made a comment about how tiny my nails are. They are also naturally round, but she squared them off and didn't even ask if that's what I wanted. She picked out a lighter gray at first and then when she realized that it wasn't really covering up my nail she picked a darker gray which turned out nice, but she applied at least 5 layers of dip so they were super thick. They also stuck to my skin underneath and she didn't really clean them up. She had some kind of thread or like feathers on her finger and it transferred to my nails so I made a comment to get it off before she put the top coat on and she said "I'm not done yet don't worry" and then proceeded to put the top coat on whatever it was. I definitely won't go back to the ladies who worked on me, but the one's who worked on my friends did amazing. I believe one of them was named Tina. I would go back to see them. Overall, not the best first experience there. read more

Hana did my SNS dip with tip. AMAZING JOB! Tina completed my pedicure with French tip. Another AMAZING JOB! I have been getting my nails off and on for several years. I recently learned about the dip for your nails. ( I know go figure..its like I was living under a rock!) Needless to say I have being going to different Salons to try and find a good tech who can do a great dip.... I am pretty confident I just found her! HANA was fantastic, quick, detailed, sweet as can be, and she got the shape spot on! Now I will just test how well they hold up.. I want to make sure there is no lifting on the edges over time. I've been coming here on and off since they opened at the beginning of the recession. In my opinion they pulled through because they are at a good location but also provide good service which is essential for continued success. Pros: Cindy does some of the best nails I've seen and I'm not a big fan of acrylics. Her main strength is that she listens to what her customers ask for and always delivers. I'll admit that I'm picky when it comes to nails. I don't like them to look fake (duck nails) because of work and she always makes them look very natural. Also she's GREAT with free hand art work. I'll show her a picture from Pinterest and she'll copy it. Another Pro is that the salon has a big staff to accommodate a large clientele. CONS: Sometimes the staff is not as friendly as they could be. I have a feeling this has more to do with being tired and over worked because they get very busy. It's true that if you are a walk in at peak hours you could be waiting for over an hr for service. My only complaint with this is I wish the staff was more open and honest and told you how long your wait will be AHEAD of time so you could make that decision to wait or not. This usually doesn't affect me because I usually have an appt but even then I have sat waiting 35 mins for my turn. I do hear people getting upset sometimes for the long wait time and I can't blame them but what can you do they are a busy salon. Overall I like it and even though I'm not a big fan of waiting I'll do it here because i do like her work. TIP: If you come at 9 ish when they open there is never a wait ;) read more

I had to update this review unfortunately I was not satisfied with my last two visits. In my previous visit Cindy didn't do a good job on a French tip set (not pictured) and I still decided to come back and give her a second chance . I ALWAYS came to her because she was affordable for the work she did. I would get a pink powder full set and she would only charge me $40. After COVID i think she raised her prices because I did the pink set again and she charged me $50. Are you freaking kidding me?!? $50 just for plain pink nails? All she literally has to do is dip her brush in pink acrylic and she says it's worth $50. And when I paid up front she lied and said her prices have always been the same. I know she's lying because I've been getting the same thing for 2 years. On top of that I'm disappointed with how lazy she has gotten. Her work has not been that consistent ever since COVID. I'm truly disappointed and will not return again. I refuse to pay $50 for a simple job. read more
