My monthly auto insurance payment, which is automatically withdrawn from my account, nearly doubled beginning the first of this year, (to $250) without any notice or explanation. I called back in April asking my assigned agent, Tom Snow, for answers and for an explanation of why my rates increased so much and to show me exactly what coverage I am paying for. He promised to follow up with an email. That never happened. After nearly 3 months of no follow up from "my agent" while my account was being hit for $250 each month by Russ Angelbeck's office, I had to call multiple times to reach someone who could help. When I finally did get in touch with the owner, Russ, he rudely stated that there is nothing they can do to lower my monthly rates and to find a new insurer if I want to pay less. All of this after three years of carrying both auto and renters policies with these guys. Unbelievable! Steer clear of this office.

Her adjustor advised that even is she disabled shes expected to climb in a 7 foot trash dumpster and get photos. She lost over $18k worth of supplies. Allstate Adjustor Greg Brown denied her claim. She was hysterical when she called me she cried for hours she was inconsolable. When i made it to her home she was balled in ball crying on her bed it took my family 5 hours to help her she was devastated. I never felt so helpless in my life. Do not let this company insure you they are monsters my sister suffered and she was treated terribly by Greg Brown she reported it to BRYAN PREJNA he did nothing!!!!

The representative assigned on my mother's case was inefficient and terrible in keeping me updated on process. I had to reach out to him to find out what's happening in the process. It has become so stressful that we decided to just withdraw the application even after so many tests already and many more to be ordered and my mother does not take any meds, sees doctor regularly. She's in excellent health and still it is not good enough for them. Screw this damn people.
