Especially through the winter. I replaced the control module in hopes it would fix, but still no water flow. After countless manual pumps of a spray bottle to the new filter, I called Hometown and Tim answered right away. Corresponding conveniently through text from there on, he came out to do an assessment and provided a very reasonable quote for a faulty valve, which also happens to be out of code and should never have been used for the purpose. He was able to come out again same day, but I was unavailable, so he came again the very next morning and cut and replaced the piping within 10 minutes, showing me what was done and I am thrilled that the water is now flowing seamlessly. Whenever they would come back for service as…read morepart of the maintenance package that came with the purchase, the technician would notice something about the original installation that was wrong and would fix it. In October 2025, the water heater would reset itself. Called for service. The technician tried had not idea. Kept asking for the error code. I kept telling him by the time I came to the unit, it had restarted. On the third trip out, the technician brought a manager who blamed the incoming gas pressure. Finally, a different tech came out who knew the unit, diagnosed the problem as an installation error that had damaged the unit. They replaced this unit. I asked for a refund on the trip costs but have not heard back from them. Now I see the building is for sale on 139.

As it turned out, the drain was plugged up, but during the evaluation of the washer, Mr. Keeter broke the panel on her Whirlpool duet washer. He promised to order a replacement. It has been more than a year, and I continue to call him for an update. Today, his assistant told me that he and all of his friends have either been in the hospital or died in the last year. He did promise to have Mr. Keeter call me back today. I will see.
