We had a very unpleasant situation in our home that required professional assistance to remediate. A friend of mine highly recommended this business and absolutely glowed about the experience that she had in a similarly unpleasant situation with her home. The staff was so friendly, understanding, and helpful from start to finish that I cannot recommend them enough. I will say they are a smaller family business and so once or twice I had to call a second time to be able to get through to somebody, but this was simply because they were working through their callbacks and not because they didn't care enough to call back. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and it came with a guarantee that they would come back and retreat if we had an issue after their treatment. They gave very clear and detailed preparation instructions that made all the difference in the efficacy of the treatment. I was extremely worried about the situation that we had, but we were able to handle the entire thing with one treatment and it has now been months with no follow up issues. He is also NYS certified to use these chemicals. When he showed up is where the problems started. First of all, he pulled up in an unmarked SUV, and I thought he was a friend of the neighbors. Then, when he came into the house, he used the little syringe type of dispensers to place the chemicals on the corner of the windows. Guess what, the ants come from other places as well. Anyways, then he went outside and sprayed. Great. He then gave me a receipt and told me that in 2 months, he would call, or I could call him for re-application. That raised a red flag - who calls whom? Then he said that if we have any issues, to call him back in a week, and he would come and re-apply.
