The main line for my house had pretty much crumbled, and everything was backing up into the basement. I just knew it was going to be a nightmare and cost a fortune to get things fixed. But, I was wrong. These guys were great. I was struggling at the time. So, I really appreciated the pricing. But, more importantly, I never had another problem with my main line. Real talk.... For like a year, while the dirt was settling, it did look like there was a huge grave in the front of my house. Hahaha. Seriously... Big thanks to the folks at Absolute Plumbing. After getting the run around from 2 other plumbing companies; Keith came to the rescue. My wedding…read morering had accidentally been flushed. After being told my ring was found (from another company but was going to cost thousands to retrieve; my husband and I looked at other options.) another company came in and told us the following day there was no ring, my heart broke; but I was not giving up. When I contacted Keith he came and scoped the pipe and located it within minutes. I was relieved. Only to then be crushed when it disappeared upon retrieval. Keith spent hours trying to locate my ring even going through cutting through a pipe to get to it. He truly showed compassion and empathy for this devastating incident. The next morning he contacted me and had asked to come back out and rescope the pipe because he just knew he saw my ring and saw how upset I was when it disappeared. I was grateful and so appreciative to have him come back out. Along side Pete; with Econo drain & sewer; a few hours of pacing they came in to show my ring was retrieved. Arrow sent out a tech who quickly diagnosed the problem, and then John came out a few days later to inspect and formulate a plan of attack, which involved some creative problem solving. I really appreciated all of the thoughtful planning. I then received a very reasonable quote, given that it was a major project that would take an entire day. Bruce then arrived on the project day and knocked it out of the park. He did excellent work and kept me informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and great plumber. A few days later, John called me to check in to make sure everything was working okay. And then I got an invoice that matched the quote. Overall I could not be more pleased. Honest, professional work is hard to come by these days, and these folks delivered it. With more storms expected with heavy rains this weekend, I'll be dammed if they didn't jump down into the space and quickly take cake of the situation and changed out the sump pump and saved us.
