After 2 hours I called back wondering where our technician was and was informed he was 12 minutes out. A call in that 2 hours we were waiting would have gone a long way to a 5 star rating. Our technician Kevin, deserves 5 stars. His service was excellent! Took care of our drain and was extremely professional.

The main line for my house had pretty much crumbled, and everything was backing up into the basement. I just knew it was going to be a nightmare and cost a fortune to get things fixed. But, I was wrong. These guys were great. I was struggling at the time. So, I really appreciated the pricing. But, more importantly, I never had another problem with my main line. Real talk.... It's one thing to be a homeowner and have people come into your home to do service, it's another thing entirely when they explain why they are doing them and help you prevent it in the future. If all you are looking for is value, I can assure you that won't be sad to have Shane come out. Super affordable and professional, you won't go wrong here. Our sewer drain was clogged and it backed up into the basement. Shane came in and explained how he was going to diagnose where the clog was, then explained how he was going to clear it. As he was clearing the clog, he explained how we can prevent the tree roots from coming back after we took the tree down. He ran the pipe in forward and reverse to make sure he cleaned out all the roots. Within 45 minutes he had the whole service done and explained the entire process as he went. You cannot ask for a better person to come in and help you when you're not sure how bad the problem is.
