We got locked out of our apartment late last night. We called this place and spoke to Courtney who was professional and efficient. He quoted us a price and time and delivered exactly that. We called late, around 11:30pm and he was able to meet us by midnight. There was no huge extra "after hour fees", which we appreciated. His price was lower than most people I called, but most importantly he did not seem sketchy. We've dealt with other companies that would quote one price and change the price after they unlocked the door. Hopefully we don't need a locksmith again, but if we do, we now know who to call! read more

I drive an older Lexus and the key has an old school chip in it so every place I tried gave me a fast NOOOOO when I asked to get a copy of the only key that exists. I actually called a different place and after they told me no lol the owner felt bad and gave me the number to this place. I called and then came by. Jordan was very patient (there was an annoying Karen in the store when I walked in) which would've put anyone in a bad mood, but he was lovely to both of us. He filled the key fob out in a special machine... which at first didn't work... but he took his time and made some adjustments and BOOM! Dupe llave! I'm so happy... Walked in and was immediately assisted with getting duplicate house keys made. Process was quick and easy. I also asked about getting a car fob, but mine is too old and special (2014 Fiat). They were helpful with directing me to a place that can do it, which I appreciated. EXCELLENT service today from Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe! I had to request mobile services to drill out a lock for my storage unit that had attempted break-in and the facility were not able to assist with locksmith services. SO Lock & Safe to the rescue! It was super easy to make a call and ask for somebody to come out. They quoted us 30 to 45 minutes but were there super quickly and the whole process took just a few minutes.
