He also recommended cutting the locks since he couldn't make replacement keys, which means I will have to purchase some new bike locks again soon. Regardless, grateful for Jin to provide evening and weekend services! Also, I must say the price Jin charged was still more affordable than other locksmith businesses I contacted, so overall, this was a better value in the end! Plus, Jin was quick to respond via Yelp. Once to get copies of some keys and the second time, to get my high heels repaired. I actually waited a while before bringing my shoes in because they are pricey Salvatore Ferragamo pumps. But having seen him work on other people's shoes and seeing all the equipment he had indicated to me that he was an experienced cobbler. And I am glad I came to him. I had heel tips that needed replacing. Ferragamo actually included extra ones when I bought my shoes so I brought them with me. The price? $7. I'll be back.

I've never had this happen before. Even with our other handyman, plumbers, etc. - if you can't do the work, you don't get paid for NOT doing the work. We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

My dad lost the key to his 2024 Kia EV6 and the situation was extremely stressful because the car would not start. We called around to so many places and the prices were unbelievably high, especially with needing a replacement key and programming. Not only was B&O Locksmith Services the best price we found, but they were also the kindest and most helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. I rarely take the time to write reviews at all, good or bad, but I must say I was impressed by Oren's professionalism. I work as a personal assistant and house manager for a high-profile Hollywood family and although I tend to hire the services of independent contractors and small family businesses I'll admit they sometimes lack organizational and/or social skills. Oren came to rescue (after many others bailed) to duplicate the set of keys of my boss' fancy vintage Shelby 1960's muscle car. He had to come to the property 2 days in a row and he went out of his way to outsource the correct key models. Oren was at my condo complex working on someone elses unit and then he had time to work on my place. He exchanged out the locks and gave me his professional opinion on my front door handle and told me to wait to change it out. He is awesome! Great rate and explains everything. Henry and Mike were great technicians, very friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to cut new keys for my car after I lost all of mine. These guys use a CNC cutter so the keys are as good as factory. B&O had one of the lowest prices in the area and gave me extra keys for free. read more

He said it wasn't necessary and missing in the Amazon box, but we checked and it was right on top in the box. He pressured and we paid but now we feel scammed. Avoid them at all costs. I suspect the positive reviews here are fake.
