There was literally no paper work involved, and they confirmed my appt a few times so I wouldn't forget. I was told it would be a quick 30 minutes, so I waited. After 30 minutes passed, the repair guy came to the waiting room and asked where the crack was, since he did not start on it yet. Well that was annoying. Another 30 minutes passed and it was done. I have never had a windshield repair before, but they told me I wouldn't be able to notice the crack anymore. Well honestly I can easily see it and there is no difference? But like I said, I am very unfamiliar with the process. I supposed my experience was satisfactory, but definitely could have been better.

Called on a Wednesday and was serviced by an extremely friendly gentlemen on the phone who said they could get me serviced next day, Thursday, and come to my house (all the way in Averill Park). Thursday morning rolled around and it turns out that JN Phillips accidentally scheduled my appointment for NEXT Thursday. JN Phillips was quite apologetic about the mix up, scheduled me for Friday morning, and as an act of good-will threw in new windshield wipers for my car. Friday morning they were prompt in arriving to my house and was able to replace my windshield in about an hour - plus installed the new windshield wipers. Would highly recommend them for my auto glass needs.

They said it's not their responsibility to remove all the shards of glass. They also pinched the rubber gasket around the outside of the glass so it split in several places, leaving no seal. They broke the latch on the trunk so it could not close properly. Like a final punch, they installed an aftermarket window that makes it appear there are 2 vehicles instead of one when you look in the rear view mirror. When we asked them to fix their mistakes they said the car needed to go to a body shop. Zero responsibility taken. Would never use Safelite and would never recommend.
