Bought our first home in December 2018. Since then, we've encountered numerous issues with our home…read morethat have made us re-read our inspection report. SO many errors! For example, our report says we have a sump pump, and due to water issues, we've discovered we do not have a sump pump. Our report says we had a built in microwave at the time of the inspection, which is inaccurate. Our report also failed to mention our smoke detectors were completely outdated and inactive, which we discovered months after moving in. All in all, the small errors have us questioning the integrity of the whole report. My family's safety could be at stake, as we are unsure of what was actually inspected. We emailed the owner of the company, Mike Stein, at the direction of our realtor, and we never received an email back. So unprofessional and a complete waste of money.
