I have struggled with alcoholism for the past 10 years. I have been in residential treatment 5 other times. I came to immersion more than once and struggled with surrendering to the program. My last in patient stay with them I finally feel like I have made the change. Their AA program coupled with the intensive therapy and medication regimen saved my life. I arrived this last time and again struggled in the beginning with staying. They never gave up on me and provided lots of support and understanding. I believe the 12 steps are essential to recovery !! The therapy was top notch and that and the 12 steps offer you the best success. The facility is gorgeous and very clean. I had an amazing experience at Immersion. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. They do your laundry for you whenever necessary anytime you need it. The staff is incredible. Each of the Behavioral Health Technicians and the nursing staff and the clinical team are kind, compassionate, and dedicated to this line of work. If you're a friend of Bill or it's your first time in detox or treatment--immersion is the place to go. It was truly the least painful and comfortable (given the situation) detox that I have been through. I feel ready to move forward with my recovery and have a sober healthy life thanks to this program and the stellar team. Immersion is a fantastic treatment program! My recovery journey was greatly helped by the great teams of Therapists, Counselors, and Techs. They A.A. Program was folded in very well with the Clinical and Therapeutic aspects of the treatment. The campus and living accommodations are first rate, and the Executive Chef provided excellent meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
