Some backstory.... When we first got the unit with Sherlock ut was great.. staff was friendly, processed payments appropriately and fast, really no issues in the beginning. Shortly after, say maybe 2 years after getting the unit everything changed. New owners took over and this is when the issues started. From having to make multiple phone calls to make a payment to not having a friendly person who deals with the payments etc.... This quickly became a very frustrating thing to deal with on a monthly baisis and it came to a point. 12/1/23 The last day of dealing with the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Even when we were going to turn in out gate key card there was an issue. We called earlier in the day to make sure Sherlock would be open after work and they were open until 5pm. I pulled up to the office at 4:15 and wbay do i see? The lazy office person who was om the way out. I noticed that the office lights were off and he had his belongings with him. Thankfully we caught him before he left and turned our key in and washed our ha.ds of the absolute WORST company in my life ive had to deal with. Apparently you can stay there and camp out over night. I been watching as I live right behind the place. Th3ere are presently 2 guys staying there in their campers, annoying because they run their generators all night long and keep me awake. I called and asked whoever it was that answered they said they would check it out.But I do not think they did, if that generator keeps me awake tonight I'll call the Police and se if they care! read more

You can only pay by calling them. My payment is due on the 18th. Today is the 29th and I still can't get in touch with anyone. I call and no one answers, it says to leave a voice mail, but then a message says you can't leave a message. They better not charge late fees, this is ridiculous!!! read more

Called to resolve a problem yesterday. Left my number for the owner to call back. They of course couldn't be bothered. Went in today, and their only solution is to wait till the unit goes to auction in the local paper, which I don't get, and buy my one thing I let someone who didn't pay their rent. So basically I can pay someone else's rent or buy the whole unit once it's at auction, either way I'm out a dolly. Don't give these people your business read more
