He's simply a top rate diagnostic physician. And, I've never had to wait in the waiting room more than 10 minutes max. The woman I spoke with was very rude telling me i never had a payment plan previously or made a payment. Asked for a manager to share the bad experience as well as ask some questions about the bill break down. Instead the same woman called me back and left me a VM stating there is nothing anyone will do for me left collections number (which she already provided) Called back again a month later spoke with someone who made my appt told me to set up a payment plan on the web. Sent a message to the doctor about a question for my up coming MRI that needed to be done. Was hoping to have it done before my $250 visit with her so i can have more information for our visit and had a question about her thoughts on contrast. And instead they cancelled my appt . Without my knowledge ( that i requested time off work for) Told me they don't have any other medical advice for me . Didn't even call me with a payment option or advising what needed to be paid prior to cancelling. Called back in asked for the manager again who then had her employee call me back to tell she is too busy and she doesn't believe the other rep would've ever been rude to me because she knows her personally (even though the calls are recorded) not willing to pull the call or resolve . This would be the second person essentially accusing me- Visits are booked out longer& at this point because of the horrible customer service i don't even want an appt here and will take care of the balance with collections instead of through them. All of this while dealing with several serious health issues! Major communication issue here! He performed a minimal evaluation, blamed working from home, and insisted I see a specific out-of-network PT provider--refusing to revise the referral despite cost and my worsening symptoms. A second opinion revealed C5-C7 nerve damage that was completely missed. My mother had a similar experience: despite severe knee arthritis (even noted during imaging), she was told to lose 50 pounds before discussing options. Another doctor quickly scheduled her for necessary surgery and was surprised she'd been dismissed. Overall: dismissive, inflexible, and prone to minimizing serious conditions. I would not recommend. Anyone who raves must be a paid advertisement or family/friend.

The office is always clean and inviting. The front end staff is quick to address and the nurses have been very nice and professional to me. Was always made to feel comfortable and at home. They would numb me up, cut out a bump, then staple me together and send me on my way. Quick and easy. The scars have been very light and hard to spot, which is good for very visible areas. Every time we are there someone is complaining about something so I know it isn't just me. The time before last the woman on the desk hung up with a patient and called them idiots!
