Had such a horrible experience with this buisiness. I went in to get my flat tire fixed and noticed after they fixed my flat tire that my car would shake after going a certain amount of mph. Prior to getting my tire fixed my vehicle was working fine. I went back letting them know thinking i might need to balace out my tires and about the issues I was having and they completely disregarded my concerns. I paid them to balace out my tires and my car STILL isn't running the same. I will NEVER go to this buisiness again nor recommend it. read more

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF THEY STOLE FROM A 19 YO ......... if you have nice tire caps. Went in there today to get a new tire and my flat was the only one with a plastic cap onnit, the rest had default metal ones that came with the rims. After coming back from the bank because I thought it was just a leak, they get to doing their job. I pay the man, and then ask him to put the tire cap back on the nee tire, but he grabs one of my metal ones, not the origanl plastic one. I go check around the car and sure enough all my other caps are gone but one. BUSINESS OF SKUMBAGS AND RATORES. Fast service is the only good thing so thats why I chose one star. read more

I have run flat tires and recently got a flat on Highway 5 near Newman, CA. I was able to drive to Newman which is several miles off the highway. Upon my arrival to Guerreros Tire they were busy with another job but nonetheless immediately waited on me. Within 20 minutes they had me back on the road. I was in a position where I was very vulnerable to getting ripped off and needless to say was quite happy that they charged me only $20. In addition to obviously being honest to deal with they demonstrated a serious dedication to giving good customer service which was really a nice thing to see. I would not recommend them more highly. read more

I would give it no stars if I could. The owner Themo is a JERK!! He quoted me a price ($80) I agreed I parked my car so they can start the job as soon as I got out they said it would be $160 I called my husband and told him we just said ok fine then I left and my husband went to pay and he said $190 so I called and asked why the change in price AGAIN? He completely went off on me I never raised my voice at him I didn't disrespect him he continued to yell at me I just hang up on him it's been 2 days and I still don't have the job done and keep getting the run around! I don't care how cheap his prices are. I will never give him another dime. read more

I had a nail in one of my tires right on the edge. I called ahead and they told me they could fix it right away. I was greeted promptly upon arriving, and 15 minutes later my tire was good to go. Because the nail was on the edge of the tire they warned me that if the patch didn't work/hold up I would have to get it plugged. The patch ended up working fine, but I appreciated them being up front. $10 for the fix. read more

We got stranded on the freeway because our back tire blew out. We were about 300 miles to home. Called several places and didn't have my tire size. CHP said you're gonna have a hard time finding one today since its already around 3pm and still waiting for tow truck. Called this place and he said he didn't have my tire size but will try to find one. Feeling helpless and stranded in the middle of nowhere and its 109 degrees then I started panicking since I have 3 kids with me. I tried to yelp for places and the closest one was about 20 miles away. To my surprise Guerrero called back to tell me he found me the right size tires. Not only that he found my tires and he also didn't overcharge me. The guy across the street Jose even checked out our car to guarantee that we can drive it safely home. Tow truck driver gave me his number to call if we needed anything. !!! By the way the CHP was super cute too and he gave us a ride to tire shop !! What a nice town with great hospitality !!! read more
