I finally went out into the hall and asked how much longer and I was to 30 more minutes at which time I went to the front and got my copay back. I never saw a doctor or provider anywhere during my visit. When I asked where the doctor was I was told they only had providers present. I told the girl I had been talking to that this was absolutely unacceptable. She looked at me , said have a nice day and walked off. I will never go there again! When I finally convinced him to let them know that I could speak to them, they suddenly found an OR available. Dr. Woo was careful to show me what a great job he had done, but when I asked about the damage that could have been caused by the prolonged use of a catheter, he quickly started blaming prostrate medication...medication HE prescribed! Fortunately, removal went off well and he is able to "void" so far. A lawsuit is still not out of the question for the pain and suffering caused by this neglect.
