Did not talk to me, did not review my history with me, did not examine me, started to walk out then as an after thought said Oh let me listen to you, probably so she could charge me and rushed me out telling me go to my Primary. Office personnel told me it was their new software and the software support people never implemented the software correctly and file information was lost. I have given them my insurance cards several times but the computer can't seem to store the information consistently. Problem is they don't have the ability to correct from their office and so you have to go through N. side hospital billing which all this takes a very long time to correct. I asked her to read it again, in the light.. because we were standing in a dark hallway. She refused, and then urged me to sign the sheet to send off my test. I told her that I used to read drug tests for a living, and that I was passing. She refused to look at the test again. She then did my TB test, and inserted the needle too deep into my arm, when caused it to bruise and then a few weeks later it gave me a scar. When I came back to have the TB test read, the receptionist told me that there was an issue with my drug test and that it had been "misplaced". I had to do a second drug test that was again, passing. I had to have that one sent out yet again. When I had gone back to do the second drug screen, the tech told me that my original drug test was sent back due to the placement of the sticker not being straight and up to the lab's expectations. So, which was it? A misplaced drug test? Or a lab error? Because either way, my test shouldn't have been sent out to begin with. Honestly, I'm annoyed because my employer told me that there were zero traces of drugs in my system when they got the results back from the lab and they were just as flabbergasted as I was. Do better, or you won't be getting anyone to come back. I sure won't be.

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

We send most of our drivers to places like Concentra for the recent. I didn't even get past the paperwork at Piedmont. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine every night. It works great. My machine comes with an app that allows you to see and share your results. Mine averages 0.1 events per hour. This treatment allows me to sleep up to 10.5 hours if I have time for that. Concentra and many other recertification offices accept this app and the report generated by this ResMed app as proof of use or compliance. Piedmont does not. They told me it wasn't good enough and that I needed a letter of compliance from my pulmonologist. My recertification ended right there. I have had a CDL for 35 years. I don't drive for a living. I'm a Safety Manager and I run a CDL School. So, Piedmont wants me and my 800 CDL drivers to miss another half day at work top go see my doctor and get a letter stating exactly what I handed them and showed them on the ResMed app then miss another half day of work top go back to Piedmont again? Pass. I will recommend to all of my drivers to avoid Piedmont because they just make things to difficult on people and drivers. Do not go there unless you want to have to go back two or three times for nothing. DO NOT USE Piedmont for Medical Recertification or your DOT card recertification. They are too difficult to deal with. Again, I have held a CDL for 35 years and I am an Environmental Health and Safety Professional. Thanks.
