But this is not the reason for my two stars (and that's being kind). Took my bass in to be restrung, cleaned and fine tuned or whatever. Here's where it's my fault. A personal situation arose and when I picked it up I could not play it for weeks. When I finally did, the E string (5 string bass) rattled like a snake. I called immediately but their "warranty" on the work expired. I took it in for work early Sept. 2025, called them early Nov. 2025. Roughly 2 months. Okay. Cross Danny D's off my list.
