I didn't want cosmetic work just a player and wow it's a beast.i have quite a few very nice guitars from Martin HD28 to Gibson J 100 and quite a few more.But I can not stop picking up this old Gibson LG2 . I was there about 6 months ago and forgot to leave a review! I also wanted to give the product some…read moretime to make sure I didn't jump the gun. I'll start by saying that he has my dream job. The store is the absolute best it can be for the space. Asheville makes you want to play outside. A stark difference from living in Florida. He didn't push anything on me. I came in for a travel guitar, as I was regularly running into the problem of having space to bring one. So I'd end up buying a piece of junk from a pawn shop every time I'd travel, then donating it. It wasn't cheap, but he gave me an amazing deal on a journey travel guitar that blew my mind with the ergonomics and design. I looked it up and I walked out the door for less than I could have ordered one directly. He didn't nickel and dime me for some strings, capo and picks either. I think I paid about 20% of what they would have been priced at, had I not bought a $1300 guitar. Most importantly, he was incredibly kind to my family. I am a ball of stress when my kids are in a store with "don't touch" items of high dollar amounts. He even let my son briefly noodle on a fancy Ukulele. He's learning guitar and that one fit him. You can't find that kind of kindness at a big name store. I will always pay a visit to this shop whenever I visit for vacation. Eddie can even give me a call if he'd like to franchise one in West Palm Beach! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

If you are looking for a certain high end acoustic brand that the store carries, this is a good stop.
