The store is the absolute best it can be for the space. Asheville makes you want to play outside. A stark difference from living in Florida. He didn't push anything on me. I came in for a travel guitar, as I was regularly running into the problem of having space to bring one. So I'd end up buying a piece of junk from a pawn shop every time I'd travel, then donating it. It wasn't cheap, but he gave me an amazing deal on a journey travel guitar that blew my mind with the ergonomics and design. I looked it up and I walked out the door for less than I could have ordered one directly. He didn't nickel and dime me for some strings, capo and picks either. I think I paid about 20% of what they would have been priced at, had I not bought a $1300 guitar. Most importantly, he was incredibly kind to my family. I am a ball of stress when my kids are in a store with "don't touch" items of high dollar amounts. He even let my son briefly noodle on a fancy Ukulele. He's learning guitar and that one fit him. You can't find that kind of kindness at a big name store. I will always pay a visit to this shop whenever I visit for vacation. Eddie can even give me a call if he'd like to franchise one in West Palm Beach! I'd give 6 stars if I could.
