She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

We, along with LOTS of other folks, were bringing in loads and loads of filthy clothing, bedding, rugs, etc., and they handled it not only quickly, professionally and for a fair price, but also with a smile and friendly attitude. After misses at 3 other spots, I called Wash & Roll to ask about availability and pricing. The manager I spoke to was very understanding and let his crew know I would be by dropping off a huge load, even though it was technically past closing time. The women who greeted me at the location were so kind and helpful. My friends have been incredibly happy with the results and said they are continuing to use this location while they're in transition. The pricing was very reasonable, and turnaround time was fast despite the insane month we had in St Pete. Out of all the laundry locations I visited, this one seemed the cleanest and most organized with the most competent staff.

Not sure if she was the owner or managed it, but if I rated just her service I would give 5 stars. But facility needs some attention and updates- machines were worn out and not surprised by my experience. She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.

The machines are old and dirty as well as the floors and the folding tables. The sun blazes in and but they don't put the A/C on. The worker goes out the back to smoke with the door wide open and the smoke blows back into the store. Today was the last straw. There were maybe three people in the place when we were there. When we finished our wash, there were no dryers available. Two were out of service (management has gotten into the habit of NOT repairing broken machines lately.) We asked the employee if any of them will be finished soon. She announced rudely that we'd just have to wait. When her dryer ended we asked her if she could remove the clothes. She said we'd have to wait. (Copping an attitude, we knew where this was going.) She complained out loud to her friend about all the work she had to do ( laundering drop off clothes) and her friend started talking out loud about how rude "some people" are because we were asking her to remove clothes when she was so clearly busy. (I guess we don't count as customers.) Avoid this place. The place is dirty. Employees are rude. Price is no bargain.

Today there were machines marked out of order, one machine was noted that there was no hot water. There were towels on the floor around one washer, from the day before. None of my loads dried completely even using high heat. The folding table needs to be replaced - tha tape covering the edge was peeling, pulling away. Arriving even before the -wonderful!- attendant, the air was barely stirring. It came on, but in spite of it raining outside, both front and back doors were propped open. It was humid, hot, and smelled of cigarettes from the outdoor smoking. It's too bad. I'm looking for a more modern and classier place to go.
