Had Mike's team come out to mount a 65" QLED Samsung and they did a great job. I wanted someone who would stand by their work due to the fact that my TV would be mounted into an exterior wall constructed of cinderblock and they did great. They did a nice job running the power up behind the tv as well as hiding the cords behind the wall. I actually called them back to add a second power outlet in a different room. If you're from up north as I am, mounting into an exterior wall may worry you a bit and may be best left to the professionals. Price was fair, especially if you watch them work. They took their time to ensure the TV was centered and listened to my requests along the way. Very happy with their work! Highly recommend. read more

Very happy with the results of my tv mount and all the cords hidden from view is such a nice clean look. They knew what they were doing and finished in no time and even swept up the mess from drilling and whatever else was behind there. Definitely will use this company again in the future for hanging lighting fixtures and one more garage. Edit: Before they leave, don't forget to make sure they check that every device is working and not just plugged in. We checked the sound bar, appleTv, but i forgot about the Xbox and so did they. I live in NY but own a place in Naples. After a visit with my family we decided to get a new tv and have it mounted. Went to Best Buy and was told it would take at least a week to get out to my place to get it done. We were leaving in a couple of days. I figured I'd do some research to find someone and have them meet up with my home watch person to get the instal done when we weren't there. Found Mike and Gulf Coast Installs on here. With all the positive reviews I figured I'd go for it. Called him on Tuesday, knowing my home watch person would be there on Wednesday. So I took a shot and asked if he could be there in 24 hours to do it. After a couple texts with some basic info, Mike said no problem. We bought a new home in SW Florida and had 6 TV's to mount and 3 sound bars. I called a couple companies and left a couple voicemails. When I called Gulf Coast the owner, Mike, answered and arranged to come out that day to look at the job. Naturally I assumed he'd come out and give me an estimate. Instead Mike rolls up in his truck with his crew. After a quick walk around they start wheeling in the mounts we discussed. I told him that I hadn't shopped around for the best deal and he told me that industry prices were pretty standard but, since we had a number of mounts, he'd offer me a nice discount. I quickly looked up the pricing for some competitors and he was right, just about everyone is the same. Plus, with his discount, I'd be way ahead of the game. So what the hell...I had them do the installs that day. An hour later we had 4 of the 6 TV's up. Mike made an appointment with me for later in the week to finish the job and provide me with some equipment I didn't already have. Here I thought it'd be a week or two before the first TV got mounted but just a few hours after I called Gulf Coast my wife and I were relaxing in our great room and watching a movie! He confirmed the subsequent appointment, showed up on time, and finished the work. I have to tell you that I was blown away by the quality of the job and the crews professionalism. I've had AV work like this done before and it's always a hurry up and wait deal, but not this time. Not only did the crew work quickly but the installs are perfect. I didn't think I could find a company that could/would hang house numbers on seven townhomes: the numbers had to be 1) perfectly aligned on each home and 2) with each of the other seven homes. GCI was all over it. As an Association president, inexperience about posting numbers, GCI offerered advice and did exactly as it said it would . The result was perfect. Gulf coast installs did a very complicated job in our Naples home. Mike and his crew installed and hung 5 TVs including an installation on the lanai with a sound bar and a very difficult installation of a projection TV system which involved fishing wires through the attic, installing and wiring a new projector, resetting the projection screen and ensuring that the system was properly functioning with a movie grade picture. Mike had a team of 3 great guys who worked incredibly hard over several days to achieved the desired result. They installed and wired all new components including several TVs which were hung inside and a TV hung in the lanai. They synched all the components with a universal remote that controls all the devices in the home theater so there is no need for a use of multiple remotes for complete audio and visual control of both the theater and the stereo system. All the equipment is functioning perfectly and Mike took whatever time was necessary to achieve the desired result. All the components are hidden and there are no longer any unsightly wires to be seen. Most importantly they left our home cleaner than when they arrived with no debris laying around. When they completed these complicated tasks, you would literally never have known they were there. These guys do all types of installations from audio visual systems, ceiling fans, mirrors, pictures etc. IMO they do professional quality work at a fair price.
