A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

I was so pleased that Jesse arrived at my home about an hour after I made my call. this was the hottest day we've had so far and it was a Sunday. The response time was excellent! Jesse looked at the AC unit and immediately knew what was wrong. he had the part on his truck and immediately began installing it. he worked very diligently to get the part installed and get my AC running smoothly. I was extremely pleased with not only his technical expertise, but also his professionalism, his diligence , and his pleasant demeanor.     Today my husband and I let Deborah Miller with Artful Window go. We paid her almost $3K back in…read moreJune for window treatments in our master bedroom. It's October and we still don't have them. It's been one issue after another. There have been so many excuses that I don't remember the exact order, but here are a few.... 1) The fabric you selected is out of stock. 2) I can't get the widths you need in the fabric you selected. 3) The black out shades that I told you would be seamless will have to have seams unless you pick another brand. (Picked another brand and it too didn't come in lengths we needed.) Let's line your fabric instead of using black out shades. 4) Turns out that fabric is discontinued 5) The fabric we were going to line is stuck in production and can't be lined after all. 6) The workroom is back logged 7) I'm in the middle of moving my shop 8) I lost your measurements in the move and can't proceed until the installer comes out to measure again. 9) I'm in Connecticut and can't get to your job right now. 10) In all my years, I've never had so many issues. I'd like to sit down with you both and start over completely. )We agreed to meet with her one more time.) EVERY TIME there was an issue, we were patient and picked out something different. This was largely because she was referred to us by our neighbor who had a great experience with her. The last two times I was sure she had what she needed. She asked to meet one more time to bring her installer out and remeasure. She texted night before and wanted to meet at 10AM. I told her I already had commitments, but could do noon. At 1:15PM she still hadn't showed and wasn't responding to texts. Called her and texted her that we needed to move forward and just wanted our money back. She said she would need reimbursed for her gas to come to our home $100 and $100 to pay her installer who came out and measured. She also wanted payment for " FORTY HOURS" of labor. WHAT A JOKE! it's been FOUR MONTHS and my order hasn't even been started because you don't know your own products, are unorganized and lost my measurements?!?! We agreed to pay her the $200, even though we think it's absurd, as she did have to do some leg work. We aren't trying to be ugly, but enough is enough. She says she will mail us our check. I will update this review to let you know if she does or if she pockets it. Hoping she does the right thing, as we lost months on this project, wasted a ton of time accepting her litany of excuses and we would rather not take further action. If we could give zero stars, we would!!!
