He arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done perfectly, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Reliable, respectful, and skilled -- I'd 100% use them again.

If I could give this company less than zero stars I would-for the sake of my time…read more Today, I put in a quote request on Yelp for a washer repair to a few well-rated companies and also had yelp get quotes from others as well. First mistake. Almost immediately, my phone rang and I was HURRIEDLY ambush/scheduled immediately for a service tech to come out just two hours later, between 1pm-4pm. (Blaring red flag in hindsight ) Agreed. Fine. I need this washer fixed yesterday. Not an hour later I get a text from their tech, asking for the same info I already submitted in yelp (fine.) and am then told the tech cannot make it out until 5pm-7pm after being offered to choose between that window and the next morning. I immediately felt doubtful when the tech closed out with "Have a good one." (Red Flag #2) "See you later" I replied, trying to convince myself that this wasn't going to be the merry-go-round it most certainly was. ‍ Get ready... By 6:00pm, no update or eta, so I call the number from which the text came. A man answered promising his tech was coming out, but running late-later than 6pm-7pm-on a Tuesday night... Ok... 8:45pm-I am getting my child to bed and called the number again. The same lady that called to schedule me answered. (And it's worth noting-the aggressive nature of this appointment setter was like something I've never seen-especially for the tech to NOT actually even come out...) I recounted the situation to which she responded, "That's frustrating" with all of the sympathy of a robot. Then rushed to tell me she was going to reschedule for the next morning and have them call me to work it out with the office. "No, that won't be necessary. I am no longer requesting your service. You rescheduled me already three times in less than twenty-four hours of dealing with you. ThankYouBye." We just scheduled. This is when a service should at least be on its best behavior, because it will most certainly NOT get better. This is the phase they should be opening my car door, using their Sunday manners. Instead they're no-showing and not texting back. I half expect I'll get a drunk text after midnight along the lines of "WYD." That's how gross this whole experience felt. This is the WORST service I have never gotten in my life. I want my day back, so I could have scheduled with a-what's the word? Oh yeah...REAL business and at least by now, I would have the issue diagnosed and be well on my way to getting overcharged for parts that will be back-ordered for 8 weeks or whatever other circus act files out of that clown car. Because this is not the first bad experience I've had with repair service companies, but it's so close to the absolute worst on the LOOOONG list that they are fist-bumping one another. Stupidest. waste. of. time. ever.‍‍‍

Meanwhile no one will ever return my calls and the only people that answer are the extremely rude answering service. She actually told me on the last call that if they weren't returning my calls I should choose another company! Wow! I have called over 10 times, maybe more over the course of two weeks. One of the answering service people told me they were switching ownership and would not be returning calls for a week or so. UNBELIEVABLE. I even tried on three separate occasions to use live chat offered on their website. I'm done. Switched to Advanced Wind and their service already beats D&D 10,000%. Called late in day and got a 9am for the next day. I am DONE & DONE with D&D. Horrible company.

Five days ago placed an emergency call, had a tech come out and they supposedly fixed the issue in 20 min. 5 days later same issue! Called the after-hours service and wow - they can't get ahold of anyone! Not one tech. Not a manager. Apparently no one is working or on call. The tech that should be responding is MIA. We have a two year old and no AC all night....in Florida....in May.!! Wouldn't use this Company again if I had the choice. There are tons of other AC companies in the area. Apparently this one doesn't want your business so don't waste your time. Find a company that actually cares.
