It was more complicated, so I had BAM come out. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly after being able to look at the plumbing system. They were able to repair it with new parts that they went and picked up and made sure we were satisfied with. Professional, proficient, and treated us like we were friends they were trying to help. The owner is a U.S.M.C. veteran, and he offers a veteran's discount. Great service! Mobile RV service and repair is kind of expensive, but having used other services and having compared their prices, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was considerably less than what I would have paid with other services. I have BAM's phone number in my contacts and will call them every time I need mobile RV repairs or service.

We go outside look under the shower and the pipe was leaking huge puddle down there and mold behind the piece that is under the shower. I texted them and I didn't hear back I asked for the owner. I called them and the owner didn't want to come out because he was on another job and then said his earliest would be Monday. When we picked up our golf cart, we were surprised to find that the store was closed. While that was a bit of an inconvenience we were able to call the number on the door and they were able to help us out. The golf cart was up to date and had everything that we were looking for to suite are family of six. Last minute we did end up having to switch our golf cart to a four seater due to some miscommunication on the staff workers end. She gave us a really nice deal on it and was super sorry about the misunderstanding. I would recommend Costal Ed's to anyone looking for a golf cat!

My personal golf cart broke down across the street from The Golf Cart Store and Coastal Cowboy Cart…read moreRentals. The guys saw me stranded and came outside to help. Without hesitation, they helped me push the cart across the street and into their lot (it was a hot and busy weekend in June). Then, their tools came out and started testing everything. It became clear this was an issue a mechanic would need to fix. After the guys recommended a mechanic (whom was booked out that day) they offered to let me keep the cart in their lot overnight. The following day, the mechanic was able to get me up and rolling after swapping out a failed ECU. I offered to pay the guys for their assistance, which they graciously declined. Although I didn't do business with either Coastal Cowboy or The Cart Store, I recommend both of them due to their generosity, kindness, and Southern Hospitality. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel at any point as nuisance to their business. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!
