They are extremely professional, respectful, exceptionally knowledgeable and focused on attention to detail by taking pride in their work. They arrived on time and finished on time. They keep cost down. Instead of selling me a new control head, they rebuilt my existing one saving me nearly $1000. They installed a new iron filter tank and a new water softener tank. Upon installation of the new tanks, they corrected numerous discrepancies with the initial piping installation, which was installed by a different contractor. If quality parts and equipment are not available, they reschedule when the correct parts are readily on hand. They will not install substandard equipment. They work extremely well together and maximizing productivity. It was an honor to have them at my home. It is refreshing to see them possess and demonstrate the values that made this country great!!!

In the past, when this service was provided by SWS under Skip, I could usually count on a same‑day or next‑day response, which made the process much smoother. Since the acquisition by EcoWater, this has not been my experience. I can't fully comment on their actual service work, from a customer service standpoint, lack of follow-up is disappointing. I cannot recommend relying on EcoWater for time-sensitive or urgent service needs. Hopefully, service issues will be addressed moving forward.

They failed to pull a permit in a timely manner which caused us as homeowners problems with the city and the final inspection for the house. Customer service was extremely rude and incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional in communication. I called Meeks water treatment and asked them to come give me a solution. I explained I am from NY and have never had to deal with a well or this type of water and would be relying on their expert information. They discussed a system that would stop all the above and give us great water to drink. I agreed and we had the system installed. Had them set up on a regular visit for salt and service. So, the smell and black residue came back shortly after (just under a year) they came out looked it over and said THEY installed one of the pieces backwards and they needed to fix that AND I had to pay for labor. Yup, I did it, again, mistakes happen, ok, I dont think I should have had to pay, but. Ok, a little over a month, SAME THING. This time they tell me, again their mistake, I should have had a different unit installed not what I have and oh yes, they would give me a break on parts and labor, but I still had to pay. You guessed it, AGAIN we have the same thing, paid again for a service call to be told I need to get a plumber to come back wash my new water heater because when they had them set up in the wrong order it may have pushed sediment into the heater. Paid a plumber to come do just that, have video of NOTHING coming out of the heater and the plumber said, no way that is what is wrong. so here I sit, thousands out and still have a smell to the water and black sediment in the toilets. HELP, I am done calling Meek for them to keep charging me for THEIR mistakes. I wouldnt be SO against them if maybe they once said, Hey, this has been our problem, the service call is on us.
