I spoke with a piece of garbage by the name of Eric Cahill. Burying a spouse is one of the hardest things a person can ever go through. You would expect an organization that supposedly specializes in funeral procedures would be professional caring and helpful. This was not the experience I received. Eric violated confidentiality by speaking to people I did not know. He gave out information regarding my husband's funeral (place and time). This was without my permission. Eric Cahill also moved my husband's body from the morgue without telling me. I did not know where my husband was. Then, Eric, the scumbag posted an obituary of my husband after I told him not to. Eric Cahill does what he wants and does not care who gets hurt in the process. Pam the so-called manager could care less. They tried to keep $400 from me. I am making this my duty to stop people from going to this disgusting vial place. Check out my BBB complaint. Of course, veteran's funeral care did not respond. They still owe me my husband's fingerprints. The worse thing this business did was in my BBB complaint. Jim Rudolph the President posted my husband's full name and his cause of death. This information is confidential until 50 years after death. They have NEVER apologized. Use a different funeral home. There are so many good ones out there. 1 star is the lowest I could give them.

Death is a highly emotional and painful experience for anyone to go through and if people have their living wills and a trust, it might be a little easier than posting obnoxious reviews. And David is right, you can't use money from a deceased persons account. It has nothing to do with how many children you might have or even different names. It's the law. As far as the value, it didn't matter to me as I had to do what I had to do both times unfortunately. I think Florida family creations is very reasonable based on everything that you receive as well as good customer relations.

Stopped by to set up a pre-paid cremation. We didn't want any funeral home…read moreservice/visitation...so, you get it. They were very friendly and professional. All of the documents were clearly explained. The pre-payment is held in a trust until the service is needed. This is definitely the way to go if you don't want a big expensive funeral that your loved ones would have to pay for. The price is about one third of what the big funeral home chains are asking.

When my Mom passed away this past Summer, I stopped into this Funeral Home and was greeted kindly and with respect. Andrew made us feel at home and took care of all arrangements from even our first phone call. You see, I promised my Mom she would be out of the hospital by the weekend, and while it was a very crazy situation, he didn't hesitate to go pick her up and handle everything without even a contract signed. Yes, even though this was probably one of the worst moments of my life, Andrew and his staff were at least the peaceful part of the whole process.
