My experience with Pet Sitters Unlimited was absolutely fantastic!…read more Kirsten is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced sitter. From the point one in our arrangement, I knew she is the most ideal candidate for the job. My cat is incredibly shy and does not trust people easily; she typically hides even when family members visit our house. To address that, Kirsten invested time in getting to know my Ema over the course of several acclimation visits, and each time establishing a closer contact with the cat. As a result of this, Ema bonded with Kirsten by the time I had to go for my extended trip. Kirsten would provide detailed reports and photos from each of her visit. She would not only feed, clean and take care of Ema daily, she also filled that special space to make her comfortable and not lonely. She brushed and played with her, enticed her with treats, and did such an amazing job all around, that I had no concerns being away for such a long time. Kirsten is very punctual, professional, and diligent sitter. She is amazing with animals! You will not have to worry whatsoever about leaving your furry baby under her care. PSU is by far the best pet sitter agency I worked with.

We love Kirsten so much and trust her completely with our baby! As you fur parents know it can be…read morescary to leave your pets. The first time we did, Kirsten came over to meet us all. We have now been using her for years and the whole process of booking a sitter online is so easy! One of the things we look forward to is coming home from a trip or a weekend/night away and seeing the report cards that Kirsten leaves letting us know how our girls did. It is a highlight to come home to read those. I cannot recommend Kirsten of Pet Sitters Unlimited enough to anyone.

Lexi is the devil! They broke my dog's toe or ankle during a nail cutting. It Took forever to heal…read more I advise you to RUN. The office girls hate everyone. They prescribed my 16 year old, arthritic dog some MILD pain reliever. I had to research it before picking up to see if it was the one she has taken before and was safe. Then we had a Funeral to northernwest state. Stayed over a month. Now back, they are refusing the pain med that they prescribed!!! Not even a refill! and my dog is in pain. They gave her an exam less than three months ago!!! I asked if I could talk to the veterinarian, and they said that we would be charged $50 if we talked to him. I'm telling you find any other place to go! Any!!! Lexi is a horrible person who wants to fight. She escalates on purpose. Stay away from her! Mean. They don't care about the comfort of your dog. I swear. They are money hungry only. Now I have a 16 year old dog with no mild med to give him comfort. I paid a ton of money for our 1st exam 3 months ago and they said pick it up whenever you want to as long as you call 24-48 hours ahead of time so they can fill it. I didn't know we were "waiting too long" since this medicine is one that you use like we use Advil. Very minimal and only if necessary to give them a boost, they lied to me and said pick up when you want to anytime, sorry my aunt died. They never even cared we had a funeral, never cared a bit,

We moved to the area and needed to establish care for our 12 year old dog. She has had dry eye…read moreissues and has been on eye drops/salve for years. The vet wanted to run a "tear" test to get a baseline - I let them since it was her first visit there. Her tear function came back at 0% and 13% for her eyes. When we ran out and called for a refill, they refused to refill her prescription because they needed another "tear test". We came in and paid $117 for a vet tech to redo the test. We were not even seen by a Dr either! The repeat told us her function was 0% - which it has been for YEARS now! She is 12, she is not getting any younger! They wanted us to come in the week after to run it AGAIN - this would be another $117 charge and they indicated would be required almost every other week or refill. Her function has been 0% for years and we both have jobs we just can't leave work to bring our dog in. They refused to prescribe the drops without scheduled tear tests. I felt bad for the vet tech being caught in the middle of this, she was running back and forth between our room and the back where the Dr. was, they could not even come out and speak to us ourselves apparently. We found another vet in the area that was accommodating and understood the fact it is eye drops for a 12 year old dog - this is doggy palliative care at this point. After going to our previous vet for over 30 years, it felt like a money grab and dishonest business - to charge over $100 almost weekly for unnecessary tests for a senior dog that would not change her plan of care.
