They gave her an exam less than three months ago!!! I asked if I could talk to the veterinarian, and they said that we would be charged $50 if we talked to him. I'm telling you find any other place to go! Any!!! Lexi is a horrible person who wants to fight. She escalates on purpose. Stay away from her! Mean. They don't care about the comfort of your dog. I swear. They are money hungry only. Now I have a 16 year old dog with no mild med to give him comfort. I paid a ton of money for our 1st exam 3 months ago and they said pick it up whenever you want to as long as you call 24-48 hours ahead of time so they can fill it. I didn't know we were "waiting too long" since this medicine is one that you use like we use Advil. My advice: not everyone is a millionaire and can throw needless money into their pet.

Here's the quick story: we dropped off on a Saturday afternoon and said we'd come back on Sunday at 4 p.m. Their windows to pick up on Sunday are 10:00-10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.-4:30 p.m. by appointment only. So we agreed to pick up on Sunday at 4 p.m. with the employee on duty and the employee also agreed. We showed up on Sunday at 3:55 p.m. and waited until 4:15 p.m. No one was there and no one answered the door, which was locked. We called twice and left voicemails and we never received a phone call back. There was a sign on the door that said closed due to the Easter holiday. We picked up on Monday morning, the next day, at 7 a.m. and they charged us for the extra day, so total was $82 for the two days. They also charge $10-11 extra if you want "all day play." We asked why the employee said to come back at 4 p.m. to pick up on Sunday if they were going to be closed for the holiday and the response was, "didn't you see the sign?" They also keep all dogs in the back, and they don't allow anyone back there so no transparency which is very suspicious. I would not recommend this company and they've lost our business permanently. We will use another company going forward.

We had pictures of her being silly. They impressed me, the employees do love the dogs & my girl knew that she truly loved her. She is very laid back loves to sunbathe and she had a great time there. Yes we worried because we never leave her take her everywhere with us/she is a service dog/medical alert dog. So she's very intelligent. If she was unhappy I could tell but she was happy. I am picky of where we take her for boarding. I was very impressed by the whole place. She will be going there again dec 2025. From the point one in our arrangement, I knew she is the most ideal candidate for the job. My cat is incredibly shy and does not trust people easily; she typically hides even when family members visit our house. To address that, Kirsten invested time in getting to know my Ema over the course of several acclimation visits, and each time establishing a closer contact with the cat. As a result of this, Ema bonded with Kirsten by the time I had to go for my extended trip. Kirsten would provide detailed reports and photos from each of her visit. She would not only feed, clean and take care of Ema daily, she also filled that special space to make her comfortable and not lonely. She brushed and played with her, enticed her with treats, and did such an amazing job all around, that I had no concerns being away for such a long time. Kirsten is very punctual, professional, and diligent sitter. She is amazing with animals! You will not have to worry whatsoever about leaving your furry baby under her care. Love the report cards that let us know how he adjusted! Fast forward to 2025 and a promotion for Star Student Training (1 on 1 with Danville, their trainer). Pancho needed that because my husband passed and his anxiety is through the roof. We came two times a week and learned all the skills that my daughter paid $3000 for at a boarding trainer. We chatted and Danville advised on how to handle a number of issues. My loving 8 year old boy has learned so fast - if only I can give him the repetitions he needs. We are taking a break while I address my health issues but meanwhile we connected with the groomer for nails and hope to have him do the 3 hour play sessions. Pancho's excitement when I say we are going to see Danville is over the top with jumping and cries of joy. Linda, Danville, and the staff LOVE dogs as I witnessed in my two hour a week sessions. When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. I feel compelled to address the business owner's response to my initial review. Looking back, I…read moreshould have recognized the first red flag: when I mentioned that I had just adopted my dog and didn't have current rabies vaccination records, the groomer stated she didn't care as long as I paid in cash. This casual dismissal of county regulations not only puts staff and other animals at risk but also suggests questionable business practices. As a long-time client of the previous business owner, I had high expectations based on years of positive experiences. However, my experience with the new ownership raised several serious concerns: 1. Willingness to circumvent vaccination requirements in exchange for cash payment, violating county regulations 2. Clients were not permitted to see the grooming environment where their pets would be kept, particularly while dropping my dog off and picking them up. 3. The drop-off/pick-up process which takes place outside on her sidewalk in front of the building was extremely rushed, and unprofessional. 4. The grooming service appeared superficial, with minimal evidence of actual grooming completed 5. When questioned about results, vague responses were given about "not guaranteeing outcomes" and that " she would do the best she could" I've never heard of a groomer say that before cutting an animals hair essentially laying the groundwork for a poor experience/haircut. Which I wouldn't have a problem with if her price reflected her effort my dog barely got a haircut and she had no problem charging me the full amount of $85. I initially chose not to leave a review, preferring to simply move on to another groomer where I've since received excellent service. I only shared my experience after inadvertently discovering this same business had relocated to a residential setting, feeling other pet owners should be informed before making their decisions. Considering she was operating under a professional business in a building with a lease not following rules. I can only imagine what rules and regulations she is breaking by operating out of her home now. I have no personal agenda here - I'm simply a pet owner sharing my genuine experience and highlighting concerning practices that could affect public safety. The defensive and confrontational response to my review only reinforces my concerns about the professionalism of this business. I stand by every aspect of my review and reject any implications that my account is fabricated."
