Been meaning to write this review for over two years and finally it's here! My husband and I both go to Dr. E's practice and I wanted to share that this is one of the most outstanding dental practices I've ever been to. From Vanessa, Rayan and the whole front desk staff to Dr. E., everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Dr. E is and her hygienist team area all highly skilled and very attentive to my needs. They take the time to explain each procedure and process I had to do and patiently answer all of my questions. The office is spotless clean and modern with equipment which is state-of-the-art. I highly recommend Muse Dental to anyone in need of dental care. They truly care about their patients and it shows in the level of service they provide. I am quite ashamed but I have not been to the dentist in years after a less than stellar experience at one of those chain dental offices. Let me start by saying the dental office is amazingly beautiful and you don't actually feel like you are in a healthcare setting. Everyone was very friendly and super welcoming. They were also following all of the necessary COVID precautions to ensure that patients and themselves were protected. Dr. Fatemeh Ebrahimi and the rest of the staff really listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and proceeded at a pace that ensured that my comfortability and stress levels were maintained. I don't have any negatives about the office, staff, or work being done. Though I am not finished and will be returning for more sessions, I have never been more confident with my smile AND oral health. I really wished I have found this office years ago. read more

Dr. Ebrahimi is definitely a very caring person, first and foremost, and a great dentist on top of that. Almost 20 years ago, she was the only dentist on a Saturday that was willing to help alleviate my wife's excruciating teeth pain caused by another dentist cavity filling the previous evening. Being on a Saturday, that dentist was not open. I drove my wife around to several places, begging them to help my wife, who was literally in tears from the pain. Dr. Ebrahimi was the only one who came to the rescue. I will never forget that. Now, after almost 2 decades, I only let Dr. Ebrahimi work on my teeth. She has a gentle hand and a gentle heart. She is honest, very knowledgeable and very skilled at her trade. Most of my appointments are pretty quick here when compared to medical-type appointments. I would recommend anyone to go see her and I would feel comfortable that they would be well taken care of. The facility at Muse dental is very nice, very clean, brightly lit, and modern. The staff is also very friendly and quick to assist. I would be shocked if anyone had anything bad to say about this place. Let me start off by saying, I'm the biggest baby when it comes to any Dental work. It's been years since I've been and Dr. Fatemeh Ebrahimi and their staff really have a way of making you feel comfortable!! I RECOMMEND this place if you're in my shoes too and don't like the dentist lol If that's not enough to convince you, here's my actual experience lol: I made my appt. and at arrival the wait time was probably around 5-10 minutes. I've gone twice and I've never had to wait long to get started on something whether it be a consultation or cleaning. I was welcomed in by their staff, who are so sweet, funny, and really care to know you and your concerns. Dr. Ebrahimi is about the most intellectual woman I've met, she takes the time to explain things to you in a way that you understand and will ultimately benefit you. She's very patient and very kind. Each time I was under the lights getting ready to get something done, she begins to make me laugh so that it'll calm me (as mentioned above, I'm a big baby at the age of 25 with this stuff lol) I just really appreciated how she understood that I was so tensed up and she cared enough to talk me through it so I wouldn't be so scared. Both times, I've gone during COVID-19, and if they weren't in my mouth (lol) , they were taking their time to sanitize anything and everything, which I really appreciated and made me feel comfortable knowing they're taking the time to provide services in a clean environment during these sensitive times that are probably not ideal to have your mouth open and exposed like that. Lol Nonetheless, seeing them sanitizing and cleaning their tools continuously made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated how when clients would come in without a mask, the receptionist kindly asked them to put on a mask, which again, adds to how cautious they were being during these times. To conclude that, their lobby, dental rooms,etc. are very neat and clean looking! The lobby itself makes you feel like you're about to get a spa treatment or something! I really could go on about how comfortable I've been going in and how much more motivated I am to keep a clean mouth because of Dr. Fatemeh Ebrahimi. If you really are looking to switch or are scared of the dentist like me, I would come here and ask for Dr. Fatemeh Ebrahimi!! I saw 8 reviews of this place and I really took a gamble and I hoped for the best, to my luck, at the end I was HAPPPY with my decision with choosing Muse for my dental stuff and even when I move this fall, I'm willing to drive out here to a dentist that I now know and trust. Alsoooo their pricing are pretty good. I use insurance, but when my roommate and I compared prices from where she goes (Lovett Dental), she was shocked at how low Muse's Dental prices were!! Where do I begin! First off if I could give more then 5 stars I would. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by such kind, beautiful ladies. The office itself was welcoming and clean with a very modern but homey feel. I got the pleasure of meeting the whole staff and each and everyone of them made my experience excellent. It was my first time there but the staff made me feel like a regular. The front desk ladies (Susy and Vanessa) were so sweet, informative and helpful. The sign in process was quick and easy and I was back with the doctor right on time. (Monica and Rachel) in the back were not only very helpful they were so personable and sweet. They made me feel so beautiful with all there compliments. Once I got to meet Dr. Ebrahimi I knew I had to write a review. She was so carful with my teeth and informative about what I needed to do going forward to keep the most beautiful smile. She truly cares!! I never thought I'd actually enjoy going to the dentist but I look forward to my routine cleaning at Muse because of this staff and location.
