Bob is quick to respond to emails, and that's usually how I contact them. Recently I noticed some corrosion on one of my battery cables, so I stopped by there to purchase a new one. They walked to the garage and grabbed one and handed it to me without charging me. Extremely pleased, and because of how nice everyone is, I store my cart over the winter with them.
