March 23, 2025. Parallel parking on Central St. Foxboro is awful as Rude Locals pass you while you're attempting to do so!! Look for an empty lot to park in! Very busy and Customer service zero stars--just not friendly! Lox bagel expensive but, with little salmon inside! No ambiance. No place to sit down. Overall, bagel was a 5/5 and customer service 0/5 so, balanced out to 3/5 at best. read more

Was kind of disappointed in the store had heard good things about it but unfortunately the bagels were a little too hard to eat it was very little cream cheese on them and cream cheese itself didn't have much flavor we got a whole wheat everything bagel with like a bacon cream cheese it was some bacon but not a lot of bacon like I didn't I would've expected I asked for the bagel not to be toasted end up being toasted which made it harder to eat because I have like braces and they're not able to chew things like that. The best part about it was a flavored coffee I had snickerdoodle it really was delicious the service was fast and efficient everyoneWas friendly and understanding that I couldn't make up my mind. But I really do feel that I probably won't be back there for a while I'll give them a chance to work out some of the kinks I know we haven't been there very long. read more

I went in at noon to get a dozen bagels. Place had almost no bagels at all so can't even produce a dozen, and refused the request. Huh? What bagel shoppe doesn't have bagels at 12 on a weekday? Make enough bagels to serve customer requests. A dozen bagels should not be an unreasonable request. No explanation given by store. The store owner or manager was working cashier and she was fairly rude about the lack of bagels. I can only think they make bagels every couple of days and so probably you're buying day old bagels when you go in which is also not acceptable. read more

I will start by saying their bagels are very good. At 6:30 am I get a nice fresh warm untoasted bagel ($1.25). I toast it later. The homemade cream cheese and chive is very good. A bit expensive but it's good. Today I paid 6.71 for an untoasted bagel and muffin. If the bagel is $1.25, where did the $5.46 come from? Some for tax of course. Overpriced for sure. The muffin was overcooked and most of it stuck to the sides. 3 Stars for the lack of customer service. Unfriendly. I always approach pleasant. I got the Mediterranean salad with warm delicious chunks of chicken feta cheese and quinoa. The dressing was tasty. I'd maybe prefer less white romaine ribs. My husband got the turkey and Brie bagel with apple and it had a very nice flavor. Our only complaint was that we felt mislead by the sign saying we have homemade lemonade. When the Asian lady is cooking she does one order at a time and it takes forever. She's also very rude. When the Asian man is cooking he does all the orders at once and it goes quick and he's pleasant. I know this place from Quincy, so I bypassed the family restaurant experience today for a bagel and coffee while I play with my phone routine. The place is small, but very clean and the service is very friendly. They play old boy band music, Bringing me back to my kids childhood. Lots of bagel choices, some really cute ones too. My works bagel toasted with lettuce onion and cucumbers and veggie cream cheese was out of this world. I was also happy to know that they have almond and soy milk for my coffee. Unfortunately, I won't visit this location again. The manger, perhaps owner, has a sour disposition and treats customers as though they are an imposition. I called a half hour in advance to order sandwiches to go. Instead of calling me back to say she didn't have what I was looking for, I arrived to find nothing was made. Her attitude was pretty lousy. I absolutely love this bagel shop! We've been twice now and have really enjoyed everything we've had. The works bagel is a must for the everything bagel lover I think it's a really good combination and ratio. Today the sandwich was just magical looking - definitely makes u think of this place for more than just bagels! I liked the coffee a lot too and I am picky about coffee! Not bad! Being from New York, pizza and bagels outside of New York are always tricky. My boyfriend works in the area and said this was a good place that all the locals enjoy. I had an egg and cheese on a "The Works" bagel. There could have been more seasoning on the top, but the bagel was decent. I didn't have any coffee, so I can't speak on that. I know this place is popular in Quincy but the Foxborough location really was disgusting. The store front is too unassuming, easy to walk or drive by. The inside is small and cramped, a few stools along wall with no tables. The worst part is the sandwich, I wouldn't feed that turkey on their turkey club to a farm animal. The iced coffee wasn't great. As many New Englanders do, I drink iced coffee year round. I won't be going back for theirs. The size difference between the types of bagels was drastic. $16 for 6 bagels, cream cheese, 1 iced coffee and a muffin is a bit much. I got a nice, big plain bagel but the veggie bagel was thin and flat. It's finally nice to have a bagel shop here in the "boro" but it's not a place I would frequent unless we had out of town guests spending the weekend. read more
