The owners clearly explained the pros and cons of each pool type, allowing us to make an informed decision. My 14x30 fiberglass pool was completed in just two weeks, including a few weather delays. The process was incredibly efficient -- they dug the hole on day one and set the fiberglass shell on day two. Every employee is a specialist at their job, and we worked with Tom, Jon, and Aaron, who kept us informed every step of the way. When I noticed the pump wasn't the variable-speed model I wanted, I called the owner and he immediately agreed to upgrade it at no extra charge. This company truly does whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. They also offer a veterans discount, which is a great added benefit. After installation, they leveled my backyard so well that no additional grading was needed for landscaping. Once the pool was filled with water, they sent a technician out to professionally clean it and provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions on how to maintain it as a saltwater pool.
