Rich came out and took measurements and spoke with my husband about what was needed and what we wanted. We needed a new pool liner. We also wanted to convert over to salt. The quoted estimate was a very good price for all that was included. Our pool is 50 years old and they had to do a few repairs to the floor, walls and wall skimmer but Rich's crew took care of that after Rich was notified and he looked at what needed to be done. Inspector was supposed to show up at 8 AM and start inspection, I arrived at 9:30 to meet with him, review findings, so he could show me problem areas I needed to address. He took it upon himself to show up at 6:30 AM wake up the people who were selling the home and start early. He was long gone when I got there to meet with him. The AC report said it needed to be serviced, in reality it was in such bad condition in was not serviceable at all. Extreme mold growth in the unit, the UV lights to prevent that had been removed a long time ago, but he didn't notice. Purchased new AC 2 months after buying home, $9500.00. The dishwasher immediately starts leaking water all over the floor when it's turned on, seal were shot and the unit wasn't running properly at all, $600.00. The door to the oven was being held on by one screw and two burners wouldn't even come on, $989.00. This was the worst rush job ever, no wonder he wanted to get out of there before I arrived. Your better off doing a thorough walk through and inspection yourself then hiring this company!!!!
