Loved the experience but wish I knew that everything is priced higher than the actual retail price from each brands website! I could have save $100 if I would have just ordered the items I wanted online!! Also, they conveniently forget to tell you that nothing is returnable. Anytime that is a store policy. I want to genuinely check out this store but the sales people are too much!!! I get it there's quotas you have to make, I used to work in commission based retail for 5 years, but the people here make it very uncomfortable. Caution - no return policy at this store. Never shopping here again. It should really be posted somewhere in the store and the sales people should really let you know at the time of sale. I wouldn't have bought most the stuff I did, but they the sales person told me to just take everything home and see what I liked and bring back what I don't. I will start by saying I've lost weight and was wanting to do a little shopping for myself. I have gone on a shopping spree for myself in over 7 years. As soon as we walked in Jessie met us at the door, shaking our hand and asking our name then introducing herself. As I walked around looking she said " Brandee I've pulled a few things and started you a dressing room". She even had my size down without asking me what size I needed. I stumbled across this adorable shop a couple of years ago and immediately fell in love. The service and care given to each person is like having your own personal shopper but with a higher "purpose!" I visited this amazing clothing boutique for the first time tonight and was beyond impressed! Jenna immediately greeted me and made me feel very welcome. I did not feel like I was being either followed around or ignored! Part of their proceeds go towards organizations that are trying to prevent human trafficking and help victims. I love that she explained this right away. Both her and the other clothing consultant kept my arms free by taking my clothing to a fitting room for me. Jenna asked me a few questions and picked out some amazing pieces for me to try including shoes and necklaces! I think both of them were working TOGETHER to ensure all customers were being helped, which was very refreshing! Items I never would've thought to try on, ended up fitting as if they were made for me. I felt like they both sincerely enjoyed being stylists for this boutique. This place is amaze! I came in on a Thursday night after work, and from the minute I walked in Taylor was amazing! She asked what I was looking for, what colors or patterns I enjoy, and what my office dress code was as I said I needed some new work clothes. She even guessed my size. I wanted to buy everything she brought to my fitting room! She was attentive, but didn't hover. When it came time to pay, she even gave me a 25% off coupon for my birthday earlier this month.
