I needed new tires and had heard great things about this place, so I finally went today. The new tires are not only of great quality, but significantly more economical than what I would've had to pay at the Toyota dealership. The fluids and everything are taken care of here, too, and the owner was very flexible with me; I wasn't sure whether coming in an hour before closing for new tires and tire rotation would be okay or too late, but he assured me to come in and charged me a very fair price for very high quality tires! read more

Formerly North Brunswick Foreign and Domestic. Management changed, and with the name change I'm guessing ownership as well. I used to trust the owners absolutely. So a few months ago I had a regular service here. Ended up getting a VERY expensive brake job on their recommendation. Was I ripped off? I don't know, but my car is rather low mileage and now I'm thinking... yes... because... Only four months after getting that service my car said it was time for service again. Keep in mind the manufacturer recommends 1 year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. This seemed very odd as I have a rather short commute and haven't done any long trips lately. Well, guess what... I had only gone 1400 miles in the last four months. I checked the settings and "someone" changed my service warning from automatic (10,000 miles or 1 year) to "manual" and to go off in four months. I guess "someone" decided I would be stupid enough to go back for service after four months even though I had only gone 1400 miles. Well, I put it back to automatic, and... My car has never been in anyone else's hands, so this was totally unethical and unprofessional. I'm sorry but I can't trust this place any longer. read more

My Lexus, one side of Taillight was not working (i.e bulb got fused) and got it fixed within 5 minutes from Tom/tony for $20 which includes labor + bulb/part. seems family owned business straight fwd and honest! Therefore i will recommend people who are in North Brunswick area to go this place for car repair. of-course u need to do ur homework. Normally Lexus dealer will charge min $220 (labor + cost of light bulb + BS) which from outside will cost $20 - $60 with labor + local part. I asked couple of places and this place seems to be straight fwd and reasonable with quote over phone ..so I went. BTW : this is my second time here , last time they fixed side mirror of my SUV. they did the job good with reasonable fee. read more

PJ is my guy whenever I have a issue with my car. I brought my step father car in to be repaired because it had many issues. PJ explained to me what needed to be worked on and pricing. Brought the car to PJ, and he worked with me on the price and was very attentive to the details and the repairs I asked for and did not try to upsell any nonsense maintenance or things I was not asking for. The bill was also truly itemized and his parts costs were very good. His overall price was very very competitive and he did not act like he felt that I needed him more than he needed my business. I will no longer be bringing my car to the Open Road or Freehold BMW Stealerships for service. These guys are very knowledgeable, HONEST, and will turn down business if they feel a job is unnecessary. Likewise, they will recommend optional services which are not recommended by your egotistical car manufacturer to extend the life of your investment. They are also happy to answer any questions which you might have. And from my experience, you are relatively in and out of there without a hassle. Making an appointment has been easy. There's even some things to do nearby to kill the time like have lunch at Arthur's, go for a run, or do a little shopping in some of the strip malls. read more

I trust these guys for all of my car needs. They always try to get me out as soon as possible and their prices are very reasonable. They've even allowed me to keep my car here overnight if I've ever needed to. FYI: they don't do body work. As a woman, I'm always leery of dealing with car repair places. My first experience with North Brunswick Foreign Car Service Center was to have a flat tire fixed. They took care of me immediately and had me back on the road in minutes. I've been using them ever since for everything from oil changes to having brakes done, anything that is not covered under warranty from my Subaru dealer. I have no complaints and only praise for this establishment. They have very reasonable rates (you get what you pay for) and wonderful customer service. Everyone there is super nice, friendly and trust-worthy. They will give you quotes on all work needed first and explain everything, even in writing if you need it. I'm blessed to have found them. I really have a hard time believing any of the negative reviews that I have seen for this shop, as I brought all of my vehicles here for a period of 9 years before relocating to Florida a year ago. I've owned all types of cars from imports to domestic, german to japanese to american, older and a little newer. I can't say anything bad about the professionalism, excellent service and fair pricing. The reason this business has been in place for many years in North Brunswick with the same customers for years and years is because they are ethical and they do great work. I came in here to get my windshield wipers fixed. They took me right away and had me back on the road within the hour.

I was referred to North Brunswick foreign car Service center by a coworker. I explain to my coworker that I was tired of being taken advantage of when having my car serviced. My first experience with North Brunswick foreign car service center and John was them fixing a botched job done by a local auto repair garage. Not only did John immediately take me, but he expedited the job. I was so pleased I decided to use them for my next service which was a simple oil change. The special part is that I had a lightbulb out and John Senior changed it free of charge. I love North Brunswick car service center because I feel like I'm treated like a Family member. They will let you know what needs to be done now and what can wait. They understand that not everybody has the money, but needs to have a safe car on the road. I'm grateful for their honesty and that I finally found a garage I can trust. I will never go anywhere else. Soon my teenager will have a car on the road and I am glad he will have a safe place to bring his car. read more

I did FEEL it was necessary to voice my OPINION after my experience as every person should be entitled to listen, on the other hand, a business should be able to take these fair point of views decidedly learn from it, and confidently grow from it..." In your follow up to me, please do not call me a liar as I was never disrespectful with name calling, even had mentioned positively on your character and your employees in my first review "they were very friendly people". To explain: 1, my knock sensor issue / check engine light to my assessment was repaired because I did not have to return, it never came back on - so isn't that considered fixed? 2, my husband was told the alignment/balancing was taken care of and after driving it, it definitely felt like it - it was smooth with no more shaking. When we received the bill we weren't charged for it so it was under our impression it was thrown in since we had voiced our troubles with our last experience. And even with all that additional work you had mentioned that I did not feel was significant enough to put in here, it was still $238.95 - plus the loaner car for the day. In my opinion, the work was completed at a decent price with little or no inconvenience to us, hence, my car issues were taken care of and finally over, period. As these are public forums going back and forth as to who is right and wrong doesn't fix anything - we learn and grow in life so it is time to move on, no regrets or hard feelings here. Up from NC to visit my sister & mother , I noticed a wobble at 70 mph. I searched the local Yelp and found NBFCS and all the good reviews as to ability and honesty. I am very happy to confirm both. I thought I needed an alignment. On telling John the symptom, he instantly stated that no, I needed a wheel balanced. He checked them all, and balanced three of them.
