I came in here to get my windshield wipers fixed. They took me right away and had me back on the road within the hour.

Or so I thought They told me they'd have to see the inside of the car to see what they had to do I showed them the inside They said it would be $150 to do it Was expensive but I said ok do it Next day I go to drop my car off they tell me it's $200 Not only did they mark up the price out of thin air But they left pieces of old stripped wires all around my trunk where they installed the subwoofer and left my door panels all out of place even breaking clips. If I could rate 0 stars I would. $200 down the drain for a job that for someone with experience takes less than an hour He even left a plastic wrapped car battery static protector I had in my car INSIDE the ported subwoofer box. Unbelievable. I genuinely was gonna go back just to catch the worker that did the shitty job off work N give him a lil one two mayweather but i stopped myself He ain't worth it Jus ain't goin back there Ever. They also left the screws for my sub out of it leading to the sub jus falling out when I was driving Fixed that myself cuz i ain't goin back there ima go ta jail if i do. Fucking Scammers.

Front desk is always accommodating and currently Derek fits me in whenever I have a problem with my car. I'm sure if you shopped around you may find cheaper on some repairs and maybe not but for me the reliability is what counts. Eric absolutely always has my back, will go above and beyond to make sure I know what's wrong with my car and what he can do to fix it. There's never any pressure to have work done. They tell me what I need and don't try to upsell me. That's why I keep coming back. I trust that if there was something they couldn't fix they would send me to somewhere reliable. I will keep coming back while the current admin is there. Thank you Jersey Auto.

For a basic alternator replacement and oil change on my 2014 Toyota RAV4, I was charged nearly $1,500 total. Breakdown: * Alternator replacement: $1,100 * Electrical diagnosis: $250 * Oil change: $150 After the repair, I called a Toyota dealership for comparison, and even the dealer quoted pricing that was about $500 less than what I paid here. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop. I can provide the full receipts and invoice breakdown if needed.

Brunswick Tire and Auto wanted to charge me approximately 150 dollars to 'find' an issue wrong with my car. Then, they told me to find another reliable mechanic, which I did who told me on the spot what was wrong with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. This reliable mechanic charged me for everything including transmission fluid oil $120 and was very prompt. On the other hand, this mechanic was going to charge me 150 dollars to find what was wrong with my car! Wow, i believe the reviews here do not add up. Located in the rough neighborhood of New Brunswick, clean waiting space and customer service is fair... well I'm being nice. The receptionist was unprofessional and said we did not charge you for the codes or test drive. I was completely confused- wait your company charges for that? To input a reader into the car to tell you the codes (where you can go practically anywhere and they will tell you for free) or test drive? What? She lost me. Rutgers students, I understand its in a convienent location, but please do not let mechanics rip you off... do a little research. To continue, the mechanic stated, "Cars are more complex than humans because they have more models, issues, etc." As an educated woman in STEM, this is where i had to draw the line. I picked up my car, smiled, and left ending the conversation. I was appalled he even said that comment and quite shocked.
