Thankfully traffic helped us out (although I know it must have been difficult for Denis and his colleague Marat). He then claimed the damage could not have been caused by tape because they "don't use tape," which is completely untrue. The evidence is obvious: they did use tape, and when it was removed, it peeled the paint off my furniture and left sticky residue all over the metal parts of my bed and my modern furniture. I hired this company based on their positive reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Poor handling of furniture and even worse customer service.

They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck.
